I previously bought Y6 II it was really awesome mobile I get in my life. I am very positive about Huawei products because they have good service center and good quality mobile all the time. Service is pretty fast and quick so I am very happy to use their product. I get relax when I goes to their service center as I believe that they will keep the service better in future too.

The service center is very well-organized, and there is good sitting space for waiting. The staffs are very friendly and prompt. They also provide priority services to the customers who use the flagship models.

They provide good service. The staffs there are well mannered. If you know what you'll need (like a parts replacement), you can call them beforehand and know the price from the call. This will help you go prepared.

Very good service center for huawei mobile phone.. My huawei p30lite display shows a black line shadow.. They change this display within my warranty period.. Customer service peoples are also give me well behavior.. Overall nice service... But they took so many time.. Need to mitigate this.. I know this kind of service take some many time to fix it perfectly.. I think if they reqruit more engineers this service time may reduce..

Fast service given by them. Service time 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. But you have to submit for your service within 3 p.m. as there are a lot of customers to get their services.

I have been using huawei since 2016 and there were several times when i changed my phone model. I never think of buying another company’s phone other than huawei because this phone has everything that one needs in my opinion. This customer care center was very friendly till 2021. The last huawei phone i bought was y9 prime and it recently had an issue regarding pop up camera, i asked them to check what the problems are but their behaviour and approaches were not good enough or friendly like before. Instead of checking where and what the problem happened with my front pop up camera, they just directly told me to change my mother board along with a high price. If this continues, i dont know if i can trust this place in future anymore. This is the only place I and two of my friends trust because we used to love their services. But I really don’t get it how it changed and why it changed. I hope the executives can at least be customer friendly instead of giving customer’s a "you are a burden for us" vibe. I truly, truly wish to be with huawei for a long long time. I hope things to get better.. Thanks if you've read to this far.
