Bad services😠, bad quality food😠(just cooked no test at all), congested places and you will be trapped while you will make payment. They will tell you a package for buffet but when you will get bill for payment then you will see that they will charge for your beverage, water, and soft drinks, those won't be included with buffet package. Not only that those drinks price is too much overpriced. I have attached a bill herewith then you will understood. Only🤷‍♂️ 10-15 items in the buffet menu(they are calling it buffet😃😃😃). They won't tell you anything during booking but when you will make payment then everything will be in the bill as like normal restaurant bill such as 2 coke- 455*2, 3 250ml fresh water- 55*3.........

Nice hotel, 10 minutes from the airport. Good dinning options, sadly no alcohol. Outdoor pool and gym are small but neither were busy during my stay so not a problem. Would definitely return.

Really it is nice one and no doubt your hospitality is remarkable. But you have to mentioned the kebla inside the room for prayer.

At first look you find nothing special but after you enter the building it's full of surprise. It's better than many 5 start hotels you have stayed so far. Dining experience you will cherish for a long time. Overall one of best in the country.

A nice branded hotel, near to the Dhaka Airport. Had lunch in their restaurant. The food was good, nice ambience. The rooftop infinity swimming pool is tiny but the views from the pool-side Cafe is great---one can see the aircrafts taking off & landing. The rooms are well-appointed, comfortable.

Shuttle driver picked me up from immigration at airport. This should be a five-star hotel. staff was excellent. Food was delicious everything was clean. The staff was so accommodating- so friendly -so nice. my chaperone had to leave for a day and the staff offered to take me to a local market

Absolutely loved staying at Best Western PLUS Maya.. The service was really good. Starting from receiving at the airport, shuttle to the hotel, reception, restaurant, roof top, all the staffs were very attentive and courteous! Tried the roof top, the staffs were attentive and not only the service was great, the food ordered were fresh and tasty as well.. I even had to extend my stay just because I liked it so much There was an issue with the shower, but was quickly fixed by the staff. Restaurant buffet was good.. I was there during the Bangladesh National Football teams stay. There are some very minor stuff that I noticed and hoping it would get some attention. *Did not like the provided yellow soap. *Bath towels needs update. *Coffee at the restaurant was very light. The in room powdered coffee tasted better. From my experience and staying at this hotel, I give still give 5 stars and would love to book again here for sure in the future...

One of the best hotel in Dhaka. The view from the rooftop of airplane landing is terrific . Their rooms are cheap and the standard of facilities is more than 4 * . Definitely recommanding to try their restaurant

Every thing is good Staff is also very nice Nayan restaurant captain has Acelent service give too us And Their colleague samira and rima also give service for our Indian Vegetarian foods. But is there has only 4 to 5 opesions in vegetarian. All staff and kitchen chef making like indian foods.

It's really great. The lobby is too small. However, once you enter the rooms, your overall perception about the hotel will change instantly. Contemporary furniture and amenities. Great service. I was told they have the room i like as i am a repeat customer. What was given to me was less than what i am used to, the view, the bathroom size, the space, and the location, were not up to par. I felt that the room i desired was rented out and i got a lesser room but the charge was not lesser. I was disappointed. Please check out the room online, and book that room to avoid my experience. The manner and the staff are cordial.

Today I had buffet iftar at their Cove restaurant. I was surprised by their buffet menu (probably only 20+- items) and the taste of the food, which was not very pleasing compared to the cost. On the other hand, staff behaviour, interior and location were excellent. Overall, it's not too bad an experience; you can try it once!

The views from the rooftop infinity swimming pool is mesmerizing, specially tiny but the aircrafts take off & landing views from the poolside cafe. The rooms are well-appointed, comfortable. Very well appointed business hotel right next to Dhaka International Airport. Very new (2021), very clean, everything works and the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. Special mention to Sunny of The Cove Restaurant who makes the dining experience that little bit better. Highly recommended if you have meetings at the new Terminal 3 project at DAC and need somewhere nearby to stay

I spent 10 days on a business trip here and used the hotel for my lodging. It was amazing. Super clean, the staff was beyond friendly, the food in the restaurant and on the roof top area was outstanding. The price for accommodations was way under the amount of hospitality and amenities the Best Western Maya provides.

A 3 star hotel at Nikunjo-2, Dhaka. There is a small Infinity pool and runway view restaurant. Service is very good though room tariff is literally high.

At first I was disappointed after seeing the hotel from outside. It is very narrow in shape. But when I entered the lobby, I found it very cozy (yet small). I went there to attend an Iftar invitation. The foods were really good. The mutton rezala was mentionably tasty. They have live kitchen where they served grilled prawn. They served lamb and beef steak. So far Alhamdulillah very good experience except the space. I had parked the car outside which was not expected. The location is very easy to find. It is just beside Hotel Le Meridian. Will go there again.

Well i will be happy to pay them my money and stay there again when i visit dhaka. They have one of the best service in town and the rooms are world class. The people there are really nice and give you good vibes. The breakfast were great and the swimming pool has the best view. Their food are also one of the best. The only problem i had with the hotel was (haha) nothing. You guys were great.

Spent my 8 days business trip here and I can say it's a good experience. The staffs are very welcoming and helpful. They are all fluent in English and can communicate well and politely. The room is awesome. Linen is always clean and fresh. The amenities are complete. Sound proofing of the room is poor though. You can hear water running in the pipe if nextdoor is showering or flushing their toilet, if anyone talks at the aisle you will listen clearly to their conversation. Wifi connection is ok but it's laggy. Its location also very strategic. Near to airport and it's located at the heart of city. The only major drawback is, the breakfast food selection is poor. I would expect more continental selection. Coffee is very diluted, a coffee lover would suffer here, so please bring your own coffee. Highly recommended and I will come back for sure.

Absolutely a complete disappointment. There is no proper restaurant around the hotel to eat. You have to eat at the hotel restaurant. I can say that I have never been this hungry in any accommodation experience in my life. There are no options in the restaurant, and when we ask what is on the menu, we get nonsense answers such as unfortunately it is not available tonight. We have been waiting for a tasteless pizza for a full hour. People like us, who come for a business trip and will have such a busy day, will want to rest at the hotel without getting stressed. I say think twice
