Had a dinner here. Our expectations were exceeded with their mouth-watering dishes. We specially tried their chinese and thai food. Service was good and staff were well behaved. This is a quality budget hotel conveniently located in a quite, secured and posh neighborhood. Though this place is more known as a furnished apartments or hotel but can be a very good destination as a restaurant for lunch or dinner meal.

Loved staying here. The rooms are spacious and very modern with a massive bed. Comes with a little fridge which is an added bonus and has a desk in the room which is important for us to work from as we are travel vloggers and need a desk/table. May be for family or couple the hotel location is good ..but for business travellers the location is little far away. Rooms are ok , service is ok Breakfast is limited and options are very less. Somehow I didn't like the place very much . Staffs are smiling and well behaved and its a plus point for the Hotel

Nice hotel with very nice people. We had a quick trip in Dhaka and chose this hotel. Was as expected. Nice hotel, with all the facilities you need. Restaurant, reception 24h, shuttle service to rhe airport. All the staff was incredible. The room was perfectly cleaned, there were a lot of amenities necessary, a plate full of fruits as a present and also 2 bottles of water also for free. The only 2 things I should remark as negative are: - in room 602 the AC does not cool properly - the quality of the products in the restaurant aren't the bests (they have a large menu with differents options, but I mean about the quality of the raw material) But, apart from that, we would return if we come back to Dhaka. A remarkable thing is the area also. I felt safe in all the area and also is just 2 streets walking from one main street where you will find anything you need.

Beautiful hatitjheel lake view from window/balcony. They have expert chefs for each authentic indian, thai, chinese, japanese and continental dishes. Their restaurant is 24/7 open. And the Sales concern is really professional and knows how to treat his customers.

Very disappointing experience. Me and my fiancé are flying to Dhaka to get married and I booked a room for my fiancé until our wedding. As they have a strict unmarried couple policy, which I understand, I wanted to make sure I can at least pick up and drop off my fiancé who has never been to Dhaka and can also have language barrier. I could not get into their head that I’m not staying at the hotel, I only need to come to pick him up and drop him off and might need to drop his outfit for the wedding at his room. I mean how hard is that to understand! At one point in this conversation the person said you can take two separate rooms. Although not once in the whole conversation I mentioned I need a room. I live abroad but my parents live close by the hotel and I am gonna stay with them. Absolutely ashamed by such bad customer service from my own country ! Of course I cancelled the booking which is sad because my fiancé really liked the accommodation.

To any fellow Americans, and all tourists: this is the place to stay in Gulshan. I am completely blown away by Nascent Gardenia’s staff and their hospitality. They helped us to arrange an overnight boat launch to the next city as well as our hotel accommodations. We were not able to figure out how to book these on our own. One gentleman went out of his way to go down to the boat docks to purchase our tickets. They have been incredibly helpful and kind, and have made our travels very easy and pleasant. We will be staying here again on the tail-end of our trip.

I stayed in a room with a kitchen. The room was clean and had enough space to feel relaxed. The bed was comfortable and I could sleep very well. The staff were very kind and friendly.

Excellent service, catered to Westerners. The rooms have the basic necessities, and are good and clean. "Normal" toilets (not the "hole in the ground" that is very common in Bangladesh). The staff are very friendly and hospitable and have a decent level of English. I really appreciated that plenty of free, sealed bottles of drinking water are provided on a daily basis. Also their laundry service is excellent. The only minor inconvenience I can think of was the lack of power outlets in all of the rooms. Each room only had one, so finding a suitable spot to plug in the kettle to make coffee or tea in the room was sometimes a bit tricky. I have stayed here on several occasions, both with my girlfriend and with friends. It should be noted that none of the 6 rooms I have seen had the same size or layout. This was not a problem in any way, but just to indicate your experiences could vary. Overall, definitely value for money and I will/have stayed there again!
