Right after I booked, I started to feeling very uncomfortable because they didn’t give me invoice and I think most probably they gave me their living room instead of the service quality room. In the night, I heard so much badly crowded noise and I was feeling unsecured the whole night. In the night I was waiting for the morning and I just left them by the grace of Allah.

It seems like an old haunted house converted to a hotel without minimum renovation. Poor room facility, yucky lavatory, no lift, huge rent, mosquito and bugs I'm tired of the shelter!

They asked by personal email to cancel from booking.com so that they can profit a little bit more. I was okay with that. I confirmed on contacting with mobile number. When i went there it was just like slum.. i didn't have time to go anywhere place. Toilet lock broken. Fridge was dead, windows, doors were poorly in standing position. They behave like slum people. We had to request to use another apartments dirty kitchen. I asked for aerosal they didn't provide.. only 1 little soap they provide. I really regret that i shouldn't book other than booking.com. Atleast i could complain through booking.com.

If u go there, you feel you are living in a RED LIGHT HOME.So be careful.The Owners of this hotel's are very bad and behave like a terror.Any time they attacked you for extra charge.If u need a CALL GIRL they served you a girl collected from a red light area.So if you think you go there please thinking about more than ten times.only the possitive thing of this hotel is The hotel stuffs are so good.

Gulshan Hotel is one of the business hotels in Dhaka. It looks very beautiful from the outside but will not attract you much inside. The condition of the service is very bad. They are just waiting for the bill to be paid. If necessary, you can spend one night with difficulty.

Cheap hotel with cheap facilities. If you just need to stay for a few hours and want to save money, ONLY then you can consider this hotel. Staffs are neither trained nor well behaving. Everything is broken but repaired. After entrance they will just care for you to pay the bills, Won't care for your convenience at all.

The owner picked us.i requested extra bottle of water.he arranged for free.i have to say it was really peaceful area.was able to sleep well.the exterior may not look much advance but the interior is really awesome.though it need some repairing but it was a good time.i definitely vouch for it.

Last month I went there with my family. The room they gave us is very poor. Actually what they showed me and what they gave me was very different. Their AC is good. One unprofessional thing I noticed about their management is : They asked me will i stay tonight or not at the evening? Like seriously you checked in at 2pm for staying 1day, and they were asking for 2times that we gonna leaving or not?was it a joke?

Good location. Building is fine and probably 20 years old. No problems, actually adds a bit o romance to the feel. Restaurant food is good 4.5 would be my overall rating.

The service was pretty good. No questions asked. Would definitely spend time here again!

Worst hotel ever. Room was unclean, no shampoo, soap and toothpaste with brushes were provided. Ac wasn't working... this hotel doesn't even deserve to get one star
