I liked the spacious hospital. Everybody here, I found them kind and nice.

Design of the building is good. But They should also build a waiting section for visitor. During corona time we are unable to stand out side cuz there are too much sunny (Hot). Otherwise overall am satisfied with them. And also they are well disciplined.

It’s a dedicated hospital for Covid 19 pandemic . The hospital area is well & clean. This hospital rules & regulation are very strict for Bangladesh Army.. Coz, they control this hospital.. Nowadays,, 7 College affiliated with University of Dhaka Students invited there to take corona vaccine. I was also take covid 19 vaccine from this hospital.

It's really crowded when I visited and it's not a big deal as I went there to take COVID-19 vaccine. Stuff and other members are helpful. Busy schedule that's why they can't give you enough time for any solution, maybe I was on a busy day so it might be my misunderstanding I really don't know. That place is net and clean so you'll have a fresh environment there.

We are relieved to know about the government's latest initiative to turn Dhaka North City Corporation's (DNCC) kitchen market in Mohakhali into a makeshift hospital dedicated to Covid-19 treatment.

For this time dengue treatment this hospital is so good...

Very good vaccination service. Staffs are very helpful. Had a serial-number problem, staffs pointed to right direction and resolved in 30min.

At DNCC Dedicated Covid-19 Hospital, we have 212 ICU Beds, 288 HDU Beds, 500 General Beds. Also, we have the latest Pathology Lab, Radiology Imaging,  RT PCR, and much more Covid-19 related tests carried out with the help of high-end technology and the most qualified professional. In our hospital we have a Central oxygen supply system, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), also Non-invasive ventilation (NIV) services provided to all patients at the ICUs, we have mechanisms for ventilation in severe cases as well. Triage is located on the ground floor, while pathology, x-ray, and CT scan facilities are on the first floor. A large number of healthcare professionals and administrative staff have been assigned for uninterrupted service at this hospital, including 130 doctors, 200 nurses, 300 other staff, and 96 army personnel.

Doctors are very good as well as Nurses. But some word boys aren't honest. If a patient ask for something, some of word boys will ask for money or they'll refuse to do it as it is there duty. But hospitality is so good and they're treatment is very good.

The environment is very good and healthy but the behavior of the doctors is not good

I was applying for covid 19 vaccine but no message came on my phone. So no vaccination was given, now if it is possible to go there and get vaccinated, I will be very grateful.

I visited the DNCC Dedicated Covid-19 Hospital yesterday for a blood test. While I followed the procedures and provided everything necessary for the test, I was asked to return the following day. Upon my return, I was disappointed with the behavior of the staff. It's essential for medical facilities to treat patients with care, understanding, and respect, especially during these trying times. I hope my feedback can lead to improvements in patient care and communication in the future.
