Horrible experience We stayed 1 night with family. Changed rooms due to ac malfunction. No ac at lobby or common inside hangout place. 50% of us didn't get breakfast at 9:40 am due to no refill. Not complaining on the food menu or tastes. But it's basic to get breakfast. And nobody bothering when we asked will refill will come or not. It was surprise to see the restaurant manager roaming around in night pajama and t-shirt. But realized where basics are missing it's normal. So many improvement areas. No Control over day long guests. In picture n videos the resort looks great but in reality it's an nightmare. No recommend at all at the price they charge.

The resort is great for view. The rooms are too good. Swimming pool here is one of the largest in the town if not the only largest. However their menu is very much limited. They have a cafe but serves only coffee that too only few types. There's no soft drink available here. Fast food is not up to the mark at all.. buffet is however enjoyable. Area is very large, good place to have a nice time with family, especially for kids. Most of their service is not available. However to enjoy nature, pools, ponds, it's a good place and yes i would definitely recommend it.

Went there with all my school buddies. We were in total 12 persons. We booked four rooms. The services were splendid. They provided teas and coffees at our will while we were all chilling and chatting at the garden sitting area. The night dinner was superb. Even though there were slight hiccups at the start, but they managed it well and put up a great effort to make our dinner complete with a full stomach. The swimming pool is their best part. Though it is not private, but it is connected from all the rooms. The water was clean and they also have some water slides. The pool is almost 5 feet deep all round. Highly recommended to go their with friends and families.

Very less arrangements for a day trip. Specially with family and kids. But suitable for couples. Swimming pool is quite big. They charge for each and every service like swimming pool locker, indoor games, pool accessories. And price is also very high. Overall doesn’t feel worth to spend a day there.

I have traveled several resorts inside and outside of Bangladesh. So, I’m providing my own review- 1. I went there for an official event and my first feeling is it’s very big but also very scattered. I don’t know they made it through any planned way or just made it. 2. Their staffs are yet not up to the corporate level. Feels like they are unable to handle corporate clients. 3. During breakfast, lunch, dinner In restaurant, they kept tissue packs under the table where foods are served. In general tissues has to be in all table, which they skipped and several times we need to ask them for it. 4. They took a huge amount for the swimming pool but they don’t serve towels or poly bag after swimming. They charged additional money for each towel. There’s no jacuzzi. Also there’s a slider which they kept off with the shake of maintenance. There’s no soap or shampoo inside the shower room. 5. Swimming pool seems big only but no temperature control facility. 6. Billiards and other indoor games can avail those guests only who will stay there over night. 7. They are growing like a hale but seems like totally disorganised way. 8. And the cost, it’s very very expensive comparing with the services and facilities what we are getting there. I would rather spend 20-21 thousand in Palace of 2 persons rather than spending 16-17 thousand here. You will get 3 times buffet and very good quality food in palace within that cost, in the other hand, here you will get only buffet breakfast. Lunch and Dinner you need to pay separately. Also I don’t want to say about the number of items @ buffet breakfast here. So, in general I rate this resort 3 o/o 5.

Superb place to give yourself a boost in terms of refreshment. Quite a big resort with modern infrastructure. Their buffet lunch is the best attraction. Besides this, they have got almost all the amenities that a mighty resort should offer. And the resort is just 30-40 minutes away from dhaka city exit point, so one will not face any difficulties to reach there. I would strongly recommend to pay a visit there.

This is a pretty good place to have a nice vacation with a night stay near Dhaka. The surroundings are beautiful, the rooms are spacious with amenities and the pool is phenomenal. The service was decent, but the food needs to be much better if it has to become one of the best resorts.

The place is huge. Pretty near from Dhaka. But their prices seem like a lot. They absolutely should include lunch and dinner for the staycation. The pool is really great. But they need some more staff to manage this huge place. Also places like this need more security. Love the dogs in the place.

Full of disappointment! Dhali’s Amber Nivaas Resort is a complete nightmare for daytime visitors. It is not recommended for family outings due to the following reasons: Hidden costs: The resort charges a hefty amount of money for each service availed (for other standard resorts these are built-in or complimentary), and these costs are not mentioned earlier. This can come as a surprise to visitors, and it can make the experience more expensive than expected. Poorly maintained swimming pool: The swimming pool is more like a large water zone with very poor maintenance. The water is much colder than expected, and it has a bad smell. Kids and seniors may not feel comfortable swimming in these conditions. Expensive and untimely food: The food is so expensive compared to its value, and there is minimum respect for the timetable. We paid for the food in the morning, but it was served one hour later than the scheduled time of 3 PM. We had to follow up multiple times and even scream to get our food. Cheap structures and less breathable space: The overall resort is a garbage of cheap structures and has less breathable space. It's not a value for money at all, and the experience is not worth it. In conclusion, Dhali’s Amber Nivaas Resort is not recommended for family outings as it is unreasonably expensive, poorly maintained, and not worth the money.

The place has a lot of potential nicely done gardens and landscaping. However poor management and terrible service. Wallpapers are coming off, dirty window glasses lacks duty of care in almost everything. The restaurant has the worst food I have ever had in any resorts ever. Please save yourself from the hassle and don’t eat anything here. A total waste of money and apatite.

I went there with my family. There service was excellent. Food was delicious. Environment is refreshing. Mr.Abdullah Al Mamun was Served us. He is a nice and very caring person. While eating in the restaurant, my child suddenly fell asleep on the chair, he brought a towel and put it under my child's head and said he can sleep well now.🥰 This kind of kindness is very rare.. So i suggest everyone to visit this resort and enjoy there service. Thank you.

All other departments are very professional. The restaurant authority served good food. Hope...Next time we will be there...with families or officials...

Nice amusement zone for family time. Room services, kids play zone, swimming pool, locations, soundless atmosphere are very charming. Staffs are professional. Everything is good except one issue. Restaurant management and food service staffs need professional food service training. Thank you all.

The resort appeared enticing in promotional videos, but upon our actual visit, we were thoroughly disappointed. The facilities and services fell short of our expectations, and we encountered numerous issues during our stay. The most significant disappointment was the food quality. The dishes were far from appetizing, and the taste was outright disgusting. One of our group members, who was fasting, decided to order a set menu along with lacchi (a traditional Indian drink), but even the lacchi was spoilt. Later, when we ordered snacks to our room, the experience turned into a nightmare. The chow mein they served us was rotten, and to our dismay, we discovered chicken feathers in the fried chicken. Furthermore, our accommodation in the family cottage proved to be a nightmare as well. We found a dead lizards on the couch, which was utterly unacceptable. Such lack of cleanliness and hygiene was appalling. Due to these numerous problems, we were left with no choice but to abandon our originally planned night stay and leave the resort immediately. Though they did offer an apology, the experience was marred further by one staff member's disrespectful behavior towards us. Their attempt to make amends by offering a mere 20% discount for all these troubles was laughable and unacceptable. The level of inconvenience we faced during our stay warranted a far more substantial and sincere compensation. Given this deeply unpleasant experience, we have decided never to return to this resort, as the overall quality and service were far from satisfactory.

Good location. The room was spacious but damp. Reception smelled bad. Employees are not professional enough. Don't have most of the food on the menu. Food taste was average. They mentioned that Café had pastries, but when asked for it, there was none. Normal tea or late night food service is not available. During buffet breakfast, limited food was served. Omelets had little salt. Each and every food was cold. Didn't use lids on dishes or warmer underneath. For some reason, they removed the polao and never refilled. Every time we ordered food, they made mistakes. Though they offered desserts and discount on meals instead. As a whole, the service was not up to the mark according to the room tariff or food cost. Enjoyed the pool access from the room, that's it! I would suggest them to visit other resorts and get ideas. Was planning to stay for 2 nights, we left after the first night. They have the scope of improvement. Wish them all the best!

The resort is located in an urban area; total area is quite big but the overall services aren't satisfactory, life jackets in the swimming pool are mostly torn, staff are not well behaved., slippers in the pool are not maintained properly...... No shower gel in the washroom... no hair dryer in the room. The list will be big

Overall a good resort to enjoy. Specially a large swimming pool, it was amazing. Resort area is big compared to other. There are two problems noticed. First one is the proper maintenance issue. Public toilet was horrible to use. No cleaner was found. Bad smell and almost vomiting condition. Second one is bad food to eat. The Chinese meal was horrible.

Not worth of money in my perspective. I went there January 2023. Its totally under developed, many more structure & rooms are yet to ready. It has big swimming pool attach with rooms. A larger natural lake with disgusting bad smell. Kids rides are not free, they charged kids plane ride 100 each for 5 min, and paddle boat as well as. Staffs behavior is severely bad. Even though chef might be new in cooking, so-so taste. Not worth of money for me.

Dhali’s Amber Nivaas Ltd. was built in 2015 and welcomed its first visitors in June 2017 with 8 cottages and 60 magnificent tower rooms close to Bangladesh’s largest swimming pool. Water Lily, a new lakeside cottage with 15 opulent suites and premium rooms, will be ready to welcome guests from the start of 2021 as the resort continues to grow. Dhali’s Amber Nivaas Ltd. has been a rising star in the hotel industry since its opening. Respected guests, business partners, and team members have already been impressed by the concept and execution. Our resort was voted number one based on all natural guest experiences and feedback from all platforms.

Though they have a huge area for all kind of recreational process, but their overall management is very poor. Their Buffet lunch doesn't contain varieties and the taste is not up to the mark as Price to Amenities ratio is poor. Even they asked BDT 600/- as parking charge for whole day which is completely ridiculous. Please have look at some of their good photographs.

It’s look good but on reception take too long time for booking for day long with buffet even it was to pay handsome amount. They should maintain this part very good way as per their service rate. But buffet lunch was ok , food quality is good and tasty but no drinks ( Coca/Sprite) Other side they allow some local people inside the resort with cheap cost. And there is prayer place , it’s good but should be improve little again this part to make it more clean.

One of the best places to uplift your mood! It's a very spacious venue, simply a wonderful place to visit. I recently attended the marriage of the owner's daughter at this resort. The management adorned the venue with dazzling lights and exquisite decorations, creating a truly enchanting atmosphere. The food served was not only very good but also exceptionally delicious. A wide array of items was arranged for dinner, adding to the overall delight of the experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this place with my office colleagues. Conveniently located near Dhaka, there's no need to go far to experience the charm of this place.

The place has a nasty entry policy. You can't park your car inside and they won't let you go outside the premise without buying a new ticket. Honestly it was very frustrating to as I kept some of my stuff in my car which I had to get by walking half a kilometer and paying a hefty bill. Honestly, if you're from Dhaka and looking for a good resort nearby don't bother here, the stuff are very unprofessional and many of the facilities are run down like the male sona, swimming pool, boats etc and others lack proper maintenance. There are far better resorts near Dhaka that has better service than it.

5 star for Rooms & Location. But 4 star for breakfast buffet. Overall place is very nice i would say. Their best part is their largeset swimming pool. Amazingly organized, planned & very brilliantly decorated the whole place. It's an very good resort to go with your family, friends & corporate picnic. I have seen many families & children. You can took your grandparents as well.😍👌👌 For👎 breakfast, there have very limited option. They Don't even give any juice, fruits. And in name of dessert, there was only like "halua". Very disappointed with breakfast arrangement. 😞 It's itself that large day long tour will not be enough to finish the whole area. Your leg will get pain. Better to stay over there & enjoy the resort & it’s great view ❤️

It’s a beautiful and comfy place with great food. Very serene. The rooms adjoining the pool having a direct access through the balcony was truly a different and an unique approach. However, the slides in the pool has mould hence it’s really slippery. Needs immediate attention. Also the restaurant ceiling too. Which is filled with heaps of flies. It’s unacceptable and extremely unhygienic to have that many flies in a dining area. Apart from these glitches we had a nice experience here.

Aesthetically this place looks amazing, especially at night time. The entire place is surrounded by large body of water, which is neat. At night, the resort lights up everywhere, illumination is not an issue. There are some activities which are not worthwhile in my opinion. The giant pool seems to be their only selling point for guests. If you want to stay the night, you can. I wouldn't recommend it, the rooms attract mosquitoes, prevention is nearly impossible, as I said before, the entire place is surrounded by a large pools of water. The parking spots are scarce. Food in this place has a to be it's worst attribute. Everything I ate, and I mean everything they offer to feed is utterly bland to a point where you feel like you are eating cardboard. The employees most of the time don't know what your package has to offer. Speaking of packages, they like to withhold info that helps the guest get a better deal, like they didn't tell us that our 13k room didn't come with buffet, and that comes with a 800tk add on. The portion of food that comes with the room is a joke. I can rant all day, in the end, my verdict is if you just wanna go for the day, enjoy the pool and don't eat and stay there, you are gonna be fine. One more thing I forgot to mention, everything in this resort costs ridiculously high for the services they provide. So keep that in mind before visiting here. In general, it just sucks.

Dhali's Amber Nivaas Resort is a Beautiful Resort and Hotel located in Sirajdikhan, Dhaka 🌲🏨🌳🌴 It's inside a very greenery place having lots of trees, flowers, parks and alot of space to walk. They have Hotel to stay in and also have Restaurants to eat. They also have their own clothing line and clothing shop inside the Resort which I think is a really good project. The place and the resort looks really nice and beautiful as I've walked around and had a good time. They have a long swimming pool uniquely designed with the hotel. Budget of staying in the Hotel is moderate. Overall a nice resort to stay in and enjoy your time with family and friends 👍

Location is excellent with an excellent swimming pool. The place can accomodate a large organization event. Improvement points: 1. Food price is very high, need to make it reasonable. 2. Swimming pool shouldn't charge extra money for life jacket. Would be nice to have: Portable Goal Post at swimming pool.

A fine resort, with lots of activities. A good-sized swimming pool, a big playground, lots of sculptures located around the 50 acres of the resort. More of a natural setting but some tacky stuff. A big dinning room with sumptuous food for our lunch. Good place for spending the day--i was there for a picnic arranged by our community. Located off the Mawa highway so conveniently accessible from Dhaka Met the owner-- he has lots of ambitious plans to make his property bigger and better. All hail to him!

Their service is BAD. Doesn’t justify the high rent. Lunch management is BAD Food is way too expensive and set menu food quantity is very poor. But the good part is the resort is clean, there is a dedicated swimming pool for women, in house guests can use the pool even at night. So far it felt safe for girls as we the girls spent one night there. If anyone can ignore the first part where I have pointed to their negative side, S/He can explore the resort.

Very bad management. A nightmare for corporate event. We had a team of 50 people for a day long official visit there. From reception, meeting rooms to coffee shop, where there wasn't any mismanagement!! They hire part time people for weekends as support staffs and they don't even know why they are here. If you ask anything they dont who to reach to provide that support. A total mess up in a beautiful property. Absence of minimum level of professionalism. Totally disappointed.

Dhali's Amber Nivaas Resort is a Great place overall. Enveloped by natural scenic beauty. Great service at affordable cost. Can be a great option for a revival from urban chaos. Good sitting spaces are created around the resort, where one can enjoy the nature & spend time with their loved ones. safe for children, attractive spots and places for people of all ages. Not absolutely wheelchair accessible but has some provisions what so ever. Has a restaurant and clothing store inside. The clothing store is small and very few items are available. Prayer space for both male and female are available. Restrooms are not as many as it should have. The restrooms could use more improvements. The people are friendly. I haven't noticed many CCTV cameras around the complex so, security may be an issue. Since it is filled with trees so, there are bugs.. Dhali's Amber Nivaas Resort is a Great place overall. I couldn’t rate less as that’s not possible. Utterly disappointed with the environment and management. I can no way think this place as a mind refreshing place in quiet clam environment. It’s full of people and chaos thanks to it’s so-called swimming pool facility. Food offered is not at all up to the standard of the money charged. Even for a group of 10+ people with kids, they don’t provide any changing room, rent of a room (without any food or service included) is probably higher than any rooms in a good well managed hotels in Dhaka. In summary: this is not a place for people who want to spend a day in nature with friends and families.

The place is nice, the food is decent, and they have a pricing model to promote exclusivity. At the same time, there are ways to bypass it. So, if you're looking for an exclusive experience with a decent environment around the pool, you probably won't get it here especially during weekends. But, if you're staying in, you will probably have the whole place to yourselves with more decent people, an ambient atmosphere, and some rooms that extends to the pool itself.

I have visited quite many resorts. Therefore, I can honestly evaluate them from my experiences. I will give them a 5 out of 10—first, the bad reviews, then the good ones. They have poor food choices. Both quality and quantity were unsatisfactory. They are extremely business oriented, trying to make money from every possible utility instead of providing the service. The entire resort is focused on the mega-sized swimming pool, which would have been great if it was not 5.5 feet deep throughout. Seriously! Worst, the kid pool is at the very end, so kids and anyone who can't swim need to pay for life vests. They have a separate kid pool which is highly under-maintained, dirty, and poorly lit. I kept some tea cups and plates outside my room on day 1. Room service took it away on day 3. The staffs were unhappy with their work, were grumpy and unwilling most time. Now the good things. They have a lot of potential and space. They did a great job with the architecture but a horrible job maintaining it. They have some good kids' play zone and indoor gaming. However, most didn't work or were out of service. They need to work on their hospitality and management.

After the new chef joined I was astonished how good the food was. The service was amazing and I would recommend people to try out the food and the place now. This is a place for people who love chaos. Not for people who love to live in calm areas.

Good place for outing. The swimming pool was really great as it's huge. I with my kids enjoyed the most in the swimming pool, while my partner enjoyed the surroundings. Though they have a vast open space for big get together, but it seemed they have lack of experience handling a big crowd when the number crossed thousands. However, the location will also allow you to get the charm of driving on Dhaka - Mawa highway.

Rooms are really good, welly maintained. That's why I'm gonna give 4 star for the rooms. But u probably get scammed on the locker, so be careful. They have scammed me and many others on locker. At last, the location was very good if u wanna have some quality time with ur family or love ones. Quite and far away from locality a peaceful place and I'm gonna highly recommend this place for photo shoots.

It was nice and cozy. But stayed there just for an hour while attending a marriage ceremony. Their choice of place is good, you can just hop in there anytime but they must work-on to improve the entry passage or they might just add a lane or widen the existing one if possible that would lessen the traffic jam just in front of their entry gate. Other than this, I’d like to pay a visit again for a whole day.

One of the best place to ruin your mode! Everything is bad here. A cup of small average coffee is 2 times pricy! I have never tasted such garbage kinda food in my whole life! The chef puts as much salt as he wants , if you’re a high blood pressure patient you’re gone! Not enough amenities in the room. Still the worst is service , in a word terrible! They don’t have minimum training on how to behave or deal with guests! It’s not worthy in any way! I would humbly suggest to avoid the place.
