Hon'ble Dr. Hasna Hena Parveen Mam (Assistant Professor of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital (BSMMU)) Obstetrics and Gynecology, provided very best quality treatment here. Also, the behavior of the front desk mam was very good. They always took the news until the problem was solved.

Doctor was very good but front desk management was not up to the mark. At very first visit I was waited 3 and half hour to consult doctor that time I made appointment 2 days before but when i go to visit they said i have no appointment that was very painfull to wait long time.

Management should take of time schedule... Should not call the patient and wait for long while inside your IVF center.Time is important for everyone.Don’t ask patient to give you 5 star...Your treatment policy is moderate but management and receptionist should be well managed.Your company look over marketing only not the service.I don't suggest nova IVF

Not impressed with their organisational skills, had wrong name and information throughout my paperwork and also witnessed two patients get each others injections. Also not impressed with being made to review them while speaking to their counsellor who herself ticked 5 stars. No bed side manner during very intimate scans, Dr H was busy scolding her employees.

Very slow service, if any information is asked over phone or WhatsApp very delay response, found no ownership from the management, must be corrected as patients need basic service from this clinic.
