I had an amazing experience at Este. My consultant was Dr Lina Malek, a fine aesthetician and even more qualified dermatologist I came across in Dhaka. She suggested I go for a hydra facial. The procedure was done in an efficient manner by an excellent employee. It improved the texture and tone of my skin and I was completely relaxed because each step was explained to me in details. The facility was clean and everyone I came across were professional skilled at their work. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of services provided by Este. Very good. Dr. Nijhum is very friendly and expert in dermatology. I have consulted many dermatologist before but her suggestions made my acne and acne scars heal in a month Alhamdulillah. Laser hair removal is painless NOT because of the device used, it's painless because of the hands of Dr Bithi. My experience at Este has been wonderful because of her. As for therapist, my favorite is Mishu. Overall, the clinic is extremely clean and organized. I've been to almost every well known laser clinic in Dhaka, Este is best.

Waste of money. My mother took the melanostop peel treatment for melasma. There was ZERO change whatsoever after 6 sessions and paying BDT 1lakh++. Now the doctor’s suggesting another treatment with new promises. Just don’t bother coming to this place, they care more about draining money from their patients than the actual treatment.

They've made my experience at Este fantastic. Mishu is my preferred therapist. Overall, the clinic is spotless and well-organized. I am very much disappointed with their service. I took 3 sessions of full hand laser treatment and the result is very bad. I am noticing uneven hair removal from different portions of the hand. Not visiting anymore. This is not totally expected from such a renowned aesthetic clinic. A big no from my side for laser hair removal from this clinic.

Service - 5: I took LHR recommended by Dr. Nijhum and procedure performed by therapist Mishu. Approximately 3-4 sessions were performed by Mishu and she is very good at doing LHR. Mishu made the whole process comfortable and pain free. She is very professional and humble. Effectiveness - 3: I took LHR for full face (8 sessions) and underarms (8 sessions). After 8 sessions of full face LHR, my facial hair growth only reduced by 40%. My key concern areas on the face were not resolved. I don’t have any hormonal imbalance and any other medical concerns but still the LHR didn’t yield positive results. But underarm LHR was effective and showed positive results.

I have taken their 6-session face resurfacing treatment. I would say I have got 30% results of what Dr. promised initially. At the same time, it costs 3x. A big NO to Este Medical if you are considering Face Resurfacing. If I talk about the environment/behavior, no doubt Este Medical is the best of the best.

Dr. Nijhum was the sweetest. I liked how she handled everything. Ambience matters to me, so I liked their hospitality and interior. After 6 sessions of hair PRP treatment, I have seen a 20% improvement overall. They asked me to book more sessions and some additional treatment. At this point, I don’t want to spend 2 lakhs more; I just have to start loving myself the way I am. But I didn’t like the two times I was assigned this nurse (I do sympathise with her). She kept telling me how Este doesn’t pay her well and she’s doing me a favour by giving me the best service, and how other customers pay her 500-1,000 BDT just to have her as their nurse. She even has a pact with a junior doctor and has pressured me to take one session from her, even though I only prefer Dr. Nijhum. Even this one time I had 7k on me on the 3rd session, and the receptionist didn’t let me in my 4th session without a payment of 10k. I already paid 50k, and I wasn’t going to run away just for 3k.

Dr.Bithi : She is a very good person and cooperative. Therapist Sumi is also cooperative. Este medical is only one solution for your all skin problems must visit.
