We stayed at the Pearl Hotel for 4 days as 3 people, the hotel had officially started working 5 days ago, the room and the bathroom were spacious, very clean, the bed was comfortable, Hotel staff were friendly, helpful, polite and very respectful. As we are used to Turkish breakfast, the breakfast options offered at the Hotel were a bit limited, but it was definitely not bad. The location of the hotel is quite central, it was easy to reach the airport. Pros: Location, easy access to the airport Cleanliness, comfort of the bed, large and clean bathroom, helpful and friendly staff, internet speed. Cons: No major cons.

I am travelling to domestic and international five star hotel like that Hotel sayeman, Hotel Cox today and international Hotel Istana Kuala lampur. It is located at a nice place. It's a small hotels but looks nice. Room and washroom size are okay, decorated with good quality amenities. Staff behavior is also nice, but I feels they are little bit slow to provide services. Over all good hotel.

It is a new hotel hence rooms are reasonably clean and hygienic. Electric systems, TV and AC need to improve. Food for vegetarians is below average.

Great place to stay in the noble Banani area of Dhaka. The staff is extraordinary friendly and professional, they fulfil every wish of their guests. The hotel is guarded by security personnel. The restaurant is serving a good variety of breakfast with fresh fruits and hot/cold dishes, satisfying every needs. The à la carte dinner was a highlight, the hotel’s chef is a master of tastes, the chicken with coriander-green chilli sauce was just amazing….👌🏼😋 It is definitely recommended to dine in the hotel! A BIG plus is that they have brewed coffee at the café bar which is not so obvious in Bangladesh 😀 We stayed 5 night here and would definitely return! Thank you for the ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience! 🙏🏼

This is a three star hotel if you are generous. I give it a solid two stars. The pictures don't depict the reality at all. The noise level here is unbearable. The constant Dhaka traffic can be heard. I understand there is not much one can do about that. However, the staff were moving furniture in other rooms at 7am, which makes absolutely no sense. There is music playing on all floors throughout the day. The room doors don't slowly shut but rather slam shut, you hear every guest/staff's entry and exit. The rooms are dated, dirty, and tiny. The many light switches in the room don't make sense. It's a nightmare trying to turn the lights off at night. They tried hard to go with the fancy window from the bedroom into the bathroom but it makes no sense as it's where the shower is. The bright light on the air-conditioner shines throughout the night. There are no clothes hangers in the room The only thing good about this place is the non-managerial staff, who appear to genuinely want to help and don't have ego issues. Let's see how management receives the feedback and tries to improve. Especially because one of the managers comes across as a "know it all".
