Look, this is NOT in the tower. I booked here thinking we'll get the pent house suite. But this is in a different building altogether. It's in a small alley in banani, and in a short building (5 floors). The restaurant is mediocre, even for breakfast you'll need to battle the traffic and go to doreen tower (which is 2 blocks away) and get food there. The rooms are fantastic. The bathroom has heated toilet seat and all other top notch facilities. But this almost felt like false advertisement sne definitely a rip off.

This property is in a very prominent locationin Dhaka city. Even the hotel is in a near busy area, but inside the hotel it is noise free and calm. It's a new hotel so the architecture is a modern and warm environment. The rooms are big enough. A highly recommended place

We went for the bbq buffet dinner @ Panache. The place was nice ambience wise and not many people hurdling over at the food. It would’ve been a much nicer experience without the continuous interference of “food vloggers”. In terms of taste, it was pretty average at best. The desserts were top notch. If you’re going there with the bogo offer, then its worth the price. Otherwise there are much better places to go with that amount of money.

Had a lovely stay. I am in love ❤️ with this place. Friendly and professional staff. Rooms are luxurious and spacious. Food is very tasty and good. Dinning along the pool is amazing. Lovely experience I had. I recommend come and stay if your travelling with your friends or family even solo.

The hotel service is good, staffs are friendly, food quality for breakfast buffet is also good standard it meets the bench mark of a 4 star hotel. The only problem is the main building rooms which are not sound proof at all so basically you can hear vehicles running on the streets and noise made by vehicles even on the13th floor.

A lovely hotel, amenities and all present from an outsider perspective as well as indoors. Although the TV needs to be maintained, smarttv should be there in deluxe and large rooms not just super deluxe rooms. Dining and cuisine was amazing. Staying here feels like on another level. If you are looking for luxury stay with good food taste, then this is going to be your best experience. Doreen hotels services were amazing and experience was very smooth. Roof top pool is its best part.

The buffet brunch was out of this world, excellent!

Went to a buffet there. As a 5* restaurant there were much less options. Food quality was up to the mark for most of the items. Refill was super fast. But the ambiance was way cheaper than mid range buffet restaurants we find nowadays. Table service was fast at the beginning but became very slow when more guests arrived. Overall i wouldn't recommend the buffet as it is not at all value for money.
