products are being damaged by service personnel and claims it to be damage by customer. I am going to throw M-51 in garbage just because during service some part is damaged by service center and denied to replace in warranty.

It's situated in shopping centre above Airtel customer care's office . According to the big name Samsung I would say thier staff is very helpful. They solve your some problems for free and insure that you might not get that trouble again. Just 1 con was 1 have to wait for almost 20 minutes to meet an engineer.

Do not buy Samsung brand items guys....waste of money...

Very bad customer care service,I was given the time of 10am in the morning on 17 may 23 and the mechanic did not come till now. I called the customer care but They do not pay attention to the problems and my problem still remains unsolved.

My 55" samsung tv display damaged in warranty time ,it replaced & I have got very good service by samsung technician Mr vijay, has good knowledge and experience , very quick and good service i am very happy ........and satisfied
