Worst service , bus is always late. Bus will not pickup at this location they send everyone to koyambedu through fast track cab - this happened twice. Also they say 30 mins late first but it always more than 1 hour , they do not know the customer value.

Neat and clean bus in Madurai and Chennai route better they can start from adyar or velachery for those we are use very often to this affordable price... And comfort and give water bottle also

Good.but some time they change buses.Examble i booked multi axe.but they stop & arrange ordinary bus.

Good location and very close to Egmore station. Most of the morning times are traffic free and trains are also available.

Worst service now a days. AC was not working and more over the bus could not speed up more than 30 km/hr after chengalpat. I formally sent a feedback/complaint but no response so far.

There is no option for less than one star, So I am giving one. Worst Service. I travelled with other omni bus operators but I have never experienced such a poor service. Bus is always late. They never reach in time. Dont waste your valuable time and money by choosing this travels.

MADURAI RADHA TRAVELS QUALITY IS DEPRECIATING DAY BY DAY.. Ac bus didnot have any after the Vehichle started from Chennai within 30 mins. It was a HORRIBLE TRAVEL whole night without any AC inside a AC bus in upper birth. Was suffocating without much air to breath comfortably. This is not a good sign for MRT. My special mention to Rtn RVN KANNAN too. Kindly give more focus to business quality...

I traveled on 12th Oct from Karaikudi to Chennai. from 3.30 am onwards. They switched off the A/c. In the A/c bus how we can travel without A/c. I never before this kind of bus. Very recently they begin this route. They will grow very well

The scheduled departure from koyambedu was at 11.30 pm but the bus came inside koyambedu by 12.15 am.The bus started by 12.30 am finally.The driver was good but along with him the helpers or whoever were interested in money allowed people to get in the middle to fill up the seats .Since the passenger dint have money the bus went inside trichy near railway station for Atm and waited for 15 min. A lady had booked properly from chennai but she was left alone early morning in the middle of nowhere and we waited for one passengers ticket fare near atm inside city which ate up another 1 hour in trichy . Money seems to be the ultimate motive of madurai Radha travels and hence getting us delayed by 2 hours.

Travelled multiple travel private buses... But Madurai Radha Travels has clean beds spacious where you could sleep comfortably where I taken ac sleeper.

Never Seen such a Worst place...no proper answers from the office...rude behavior...
