OWNER PLEASE READ Exactly a year ago we had an amazing party for over 35 guests here at Reggae chilli on ocassion my kids birthday. Now this year, the staff, chefs and management has completely changed so don't expect a lot then what we used to get previously. I took my chances with staff and booked a dining buffet but yesterday they messed it up badly for my guests and i regret booking here. Super delayed in serving. Food was served cold, all courses. Absent minded if the guests needs tissue paper or water. They dont even ask now! They serve small quantity of curries on the table then make you wait for breads for over 15 minutes. And then make you again wait for 15 minutes even if breads are finished on the table. Then, in a buffet they are not repeating and make you wait for 30 minutes before they repeat the curries. Either you have food on the table or water. Not both at the same time! They even gave disposable cups for drinking water, it was embaressing! Most of guests simply fed up due to above and stopped eating! You guys must have made a great save by not serving the food which we paid for! The new manager is hardly concerned and was not even present. Serving staff was either stupid or absent minded. I tolerated till final course in a hope what you will cope up with good final table for my guests. But you guys made it a cherry on top. Owner, this was a favourite place for many of us and that is why some guests including me were still following and regulary comein for dinner and get together. Your previous staff was amazing but this new staff has no clue. They are only fit to serve a small table. Your manager is Invisible! Or he does not exist. He is certainly not concerned. Who have you got from Michelin 3-star who doesnt even come out of his office! I hope you can guide your staff to not ruin any more parties!

The ambience is good. The outside is half open half covered . Place is nice and staff is also nice The food is amazing as well as the drinks. Good place for birthday 🎉 party n all , prices were also fine.

Offers great food and quality. The ambience is pretty good. It's an appropriate place to organise parties and functions. The staff is good too.

The fod was great.. the pizza was thin but the cheese and stuffing was good. We loved the soup. The food overall was very nice. We had great bonfire and good atmosphere.

Although not a much visited cafe but the ambience is really good and the rates are also economical. Good place for parties and get togethers. I ordered pan fried noodles in garlic sauce and chilli chicken. I tried pan fried noodles for the first time and it was amazing. i loved it , chilli chicken was also good but pan fried was just wow. Nice place for hangout. Service was slow but overall it was a good cafe. Will visit this cafe again for pan fried noodles. This is must try .

Good for kid's bcz it's very spacious..food is also good...we also went for garba night that is awesome..

Overall a bad experience in terms of: 1. Food quantity and quality is extremely poor. Need to work on it. Quantity portion is very less with respect to the price. Highly overrated and the quantity is not mentioned whether it is full, half or portion. 2. Need to work upon customer dealing and attending the customer. 3. The staff should be concerned about the customer and should be conscious when a customer is ordering the food or making a cancellation.

Nice place to dine in. The food is delicious and the ambiance is soothing with several corners made especially for clicking photos. The staff is quick and friendly as well.

Ambiance- they have all options for dining like air conditioning restaurant, semi covered area and open lawn area.. If u r nature lover so it's best place for u, U can see all the greenery around uuu. In side ambiance of the cafe is awesome... U will feel positive vibes.... Food - yes I can say that I found here best and authentic north Indian food in the city... Plzzz try chicken rara Masala and paneer lababdar and Dal makhani..... Service- this is very important part of any cafe And we got the best Service also from this place Special thanks to Service team... They are very friendly... Must visit this place... Nice location, nice ambience, nice staff bit the food is just average. Never order mint rayta. Slightly overpriced considering the dhaba quality food they provide.

The food is amazing as well as the drinks. There was a family celebrating their birthday party which went well for them but I saw them having no space to move.
