I got my 2 year old daughter’s haircut done from here. They were very good with her. The person handling her hair was very gentle and did an awesome job.

My wife went to Looks Centrio Mall on 10th june for Hair cut and Pedicure. While we were at the counter we were welcomed with such a nice gesture and the staff was very humble and wonderful. They welcomed us like a family. Mr JAVED gave her a very nice and unique hairstyle and Mr. DINESH suggested an appropriate product and did a very nice pedicure. When I visited the Centrio mall .Dinesh , Ashima , Sokendar the best employes there. Best work from all three of them . Absolutely great product and explaination of each and every thing. Had a great time there, service and hospitality.

I loved it, I had a very relaxing day yesterday. Manicure, pedicure and head massage. Dinish was very careful and very professional. All the staff was very kind and offered coffee multiple times. The facilities are great and everything was very clean and organised. I’d definitely go back to have a relaxing day.

Overpriced It's not value for money. There are better salons in Dehradun where one can relax and have a nice experience. Went there for head massage but the noise of the mall was so disturbing, no sound proofing nothing was there. If one is charging so much money then atleast full comfort must be provided. There are much better salons where you can get men's GOOD HAIRCUT too at a reasonable price but they take hell lot of money for menz haircut too...really surprising. Hygiene wise too it wasn't as clean. There is a person I think the cleaner(puts Tikka on forehead) who keeps on staring at the customer which is so uncomfortable. Overall I felt it was a total money waste. When you go to branded salons, the type of services you desire after putting so much money but here one cannot get that. Plus the person who was giving the massage got on to personal level of talking, I don't know of they are not taught to be professional. Do your job and that's it.

Great service by all, the pedicure by Dinesh was great. If you're coming after a long trekking trip or after a long walking tour, this is the place to get a relaxing but invigorating, if a little teuer, treatment. The hair treatments are done well, and if you have any issues, all you need to do is communicate your worries with the hairdressers. They're more than willing to help you out and have tips for what products you should use for your hair type.

My experience with looks salon at centrio mall Dehradoon was worse... the staff is very unprofessional , not at all trained. They donot respect their customers and donot listen to what services they want. I had gone for only trimming for half inches and the person trimmed my half of the length without even asking me... after saying he was not even sorry and showed another level attitude as if nothing happened... manager came and offered me a compensatory voucher of smoothening session which definately cannot get back my hair length which was till my back and he chopped them till my shoulder.. totally unacceptable..the Manager at the store took my email id and just wanted me to leave the salon without making any chaos... customers are not even respected.. neither i received any voucher on my mail nor i was given any solution... worst service ever... very unprofessional staff they have..the person who did my haircut vanished ..Below mentioned are my pics of length.. coming to a brand like looks you dont expect such idiocity.. when we are paying a n extra money for professionalism please train your staff to work as per customers requirement not as per them.. this has ruined my entire day..worst salon ever..

Had a great experience. Tried facial with Kavita and hair treatment with Shahzad. My son had his facial with Haider. Just confess that overall it was a wonderful experience. Good professional place...Have been a regular customer ever since they opened due to their impeccable services. Mr. Sahil is especially good and delivers to my expectations everytime..Best thing is that all work is done with patience and care which makes it more of a relaxing exercise than a simple haircut...prices are also very reasonable considering the quality they provide...

I got my nail extensions done here, initially I was very happy, but soon I realised that the nails were not pasted properly and were completely stuck to the flesh on my fingers. The nail paint wasn’t cured properly either, it started chipping in 2 days, the nails started breaking in 3-4 days. An absolute waste of money. Ruby, the nail tech was extremely sweet but didn’t know what she was doing. Highly disappointed

I went to looks prive at Centrio mall to get a haircut and a pedicure. My hair was extremely out of shape and my feet were so dry with lot's of dead skin. Mr.JAVED did a wonderful work and gave me a beautifully layered haircut. I have a new look now.💙 Mr. Dinesh suggested a suitable pedicure for my feet and gave a relaxing foot massage. I have happy feet now. 💙
