The hospitality and the service of the hotel is very good. People’s are very much co operative. Especially Miss Yogena has give us extraordinary support. She is very much polite and care taking person. Very much soft spoken. The whole process they follows are really nice. Staff is very helpful Mr Lalit 👍 keep it up

Excellent hospitality by staff. Good food. Yojana at reception very proactive in response & service. Rooms are pretty good. Hotel welcoming for guests. Best part is the roof top having an astounding view of Mussoorie 👍

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The kitchen staff doesn't cook anything; they order food from outside. There were even rats in the kitchen. The receptionist girl will lie to you so convincingly that you'll end up believing her and confirming your room booking. There's no one to manage this hotel; the staff does whatever they want. It's better to stay away from this hotel.

Location and stay was fantastic, happy with the front desk staff Sharmil and Yojnaa both of them were good during stay, they have fulfilled the basic requirements amenties, i would like to thank F & B department who they have presenting a good meal with full of antiquate, I would suggest every new comer who would like to stay in Dehradun to come and enjoy their stay at this hotel, the terrace was soo good you can see the queen of hills Mussoorie from that location and even can have a multicuisine meal at terrace.
