Fraud dont get trapped they charged you more money and trap you

I have booked this hotel under OYO rooms. I stayed in hotel for 2 nights and paid for 3 nights as we need to cancel the booking for 2th night. The reason for the cancellation was the hotel services were worst. The linens were dirty, it was actually smelling very bad. The bed sheets were not clean and they didn't even changed it for 2 days. The overall hotel was also dirty. Toilets were dirty. There were no options for breakfast. They just had aalo paratha, bread omelet and bread jam that's it.The quality of food was very bad. Hotel staff was not at all cooperative. The way they were treating us was very bad. In spite of these things the hotel was actually over expensive. I paid Rs. 2300/night which was a big amount if I compare the services they provided in this amount. People prefer OYO rooms because of their good services, but this hotel was terrible. Also I am not getting any response after complaining to OYO regarding this hotel. Till now OYO is famous good hotel but it seems now a days they are not maintaining their room standards.

FRAUD ALERT I booked this hotel through OYO and paid full amount (around ₹3400) during booking itself. When I reached hotel, they said I have to pay ₹3600 extra if I want to get room. When I said I already paid through OYO, they didn't agree. They said either I can pay or find another hotel. It was my 1st time in Bangalore and I don't know either kannada or Hindi. So I paid the money they asked for. Luckily for me, I was able to cancel my OYO booking and get 100% refund so I didn't lose any money. When I was going out, I saw another person in same situation arguing with the employees. That's when I understood this is a FRAUD. PLEASE DON'T STAY AT THIS PLACE.

I won't put a single star for this hotel. The uncle or owner who is sitting lobby and barking with everyone. He is thinking like he is only person who is having room in Whitefield. The worst fellow and worst hotel . Never try this hotel , but if you want to get some barking experience with that uncle then definitely you can try.
