I am extremely disappointed with their staff management. We booked through their partner company and had to cancel our trip. It's been almost three months since we informed them about the cancellation, yet no refund has been processed. They consistently cut my calls, and there's been no positive response—just continuous postponement of the refund date. It's worth mentioning that the booking was confirmed as 100% cancellable. Despite being in contact with the General Manager, all I've received are false promises about the refund being processed. This experience has been nothing short of harassment. If this is the level of service they provide, I'll certainly think twice before booking any of their properties in the future.

Rooms were exquisite. Hospitality was also breathtaking also they served Jain food. We ought to stay in this hotel any time soon. Many activities like badminton were also there. The staff was good the location is little inside the alleys but overall it's fascinating.

Just one word top notch resort, it has got beautiful views, the rooms are super clean. Their hospitality is way beyond expectations.. Mr. Neeraj was our host in the resort, such a humble person with tons of patience. His hospitality is amazing.. kudos to his work. They are highly receptive to feedback and take immediate action. This is very rare... Overall a strong recommendation for those who are looking for a perfect stay in mussoorie..

Our stay at Pagoda Centurion was delightful. The rooms are clean and tidy and the breathtaking view from the room is cherry on the cake. The staff's warmth and hospitality, especially Mr. Neeraj Rawat’s attentive service, made our experience truly memorable. A fantastic choice for those seeking a relaxing stay in the hills.

Overall I had a great experience with this hotel ; staff was incredibly helpful and the amenities were great. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable 😀. Faculities are very experienced and thanks to Mr. Neeraj Rawat. Must visit😊.

Honest,true&unpaid review - biggest mistake of my life to book this hotel. don't go on other reviews as i spoiled my holidays after reading old reviews. Location is bad. No one can walk for 20-25 mints on steep roads of mountains to go to mall road. every day, we had to book taxi to go mall road and back. Very limited option of food, tasteless and uncooked food. Even after telling that chapatis and parathas are uncooked, they didn't cared and served same kind of food every day. Rooms are not as shown on their website. Rooms as very small. Not suitable for family of a small kid also. Every single voice from next rooms can be heard and it's so annoying in holidays. There were big rats in hotels. Hotel staff saw the rats, and behaved as they didn't saw anything. Nothing good i found about this hotel.

The Welcoming by the Staff was a Delight, a Special Thanks to Mr. Neeraj Rawat was always there to help out in any matter. The Restaurant Staff, a Special Thanks to Ms. Nidhi and Ms. Lovely, they were the Best. Our stay at the hotel was perfect and memorable.
