I
am
extremely
disappointed
with
their
staff
management.
We
booked
through
their
partner
company
and
had
to
cancel
our
trip.
It's
been
almost
three
months
since
we
informed
them
about
the
cancellation,
yet
no
refund
has
been
processed.
They
consistently
cut
my
calls,
and
there's
been
no
positive
response—just
continuous
postponement
of
the
refund
date.
It's
worth
mentioning
that
the
booking
was
confirmed
as
100%
cancellable.
Despite
being
in
contact
with
the
General
Manager,
all
I've
received
are
false
promises
about
the
refund
being
processed.
This
experience
has
been
nothing
short
of
harassment.
If
this
is
the
level
of
service
they
provide,
I'll
certainly
think
twice
before
booking
any
of
their
properties
in
the
future.
