This resturant has seens love and continuous support from Bollywood celebrities, famous legends. While walking in the restaurant you will find the images of such great legends who have visited and loved food from black pepper. As an absolute waoo this place has high standard of customer service. The staff was really humble, our server Prakash was one such amazing gentle man. He served us, took care of us and made sure we had a good dining experience. Seems like the place has been pretty much the same since decades. The food is good we tried paneer tikka, garlic naan and paneer lababdar, all were really great and mouthsmaking . They celebrate birthdays with a lot of fun with clona and all. I think this is a must stop, looks like time has stopped here since few years.

We had Tandoori chicken in snacks and Half Rara Chicken boneless in main course! I must say the Rara chicken is DEFINITELY A MUST TRY HERE! The quantity is great, the chicken was cooked well, the gravy and chicken was made well, the taste was amazing! I'm definitely visiting this place again! I would like to give a special mention to their head/manager Mr. Rawat. He is a little elderly person and he knows how to take care of the customers well! Good service! Although I'm not very happy with the tandoori chicken, i was insanely amazed by the Rara Chicken!!

It's a decent restaurant in Dehradun, just a little further from Clock Tower. The food quality is good and so is the quantity. For non-veg dishes they provide full, half and even a quarter portion of a plate which is somewhat cost-efficient in case you are travelling alone. The staffs are quite hospitable.

The experience was very bad! The food quality is not good enough. Hugely overpriced for the quality of food. The food was pretty bad! We ordered chilli garlic noodles and saucy chicken drums of heaven. The noodles was very dry yet oily. Lacked any flavour whatsoever! The saucy drums of heaven was soggy and wasn't tasty. Now comes the real problem! As soon as we entered the manager started asking about us where we are from and general talks. We thought he was being nice but actually it was on the pretext of getting us to review on Zomato and Google! Such trick! Even before the food arrived he asked us to click photos and review. So very unprofessional! I have never faced something like this anywhere. Very classless and no sense of etiquette. He didn't stop there. He kept on pestering us in the middle of the meal time and again. This totally ruined our experience and we rushed to get out of there. In the end also he came again to give the review so I guess he got what he wanted but definitely not he was expecting. Be careful with the Service Charge as they include it without asking and when you are talking and all you might miss it and they will charge you more. I asked to remove it. Another thing is I asked to remove the mineral water in the beginning itself and asked for normal Ro water. But when the bill arrived they included the mineral water which again I asked to remove. Murgh handi lazeez - it was sweet in taste along & addition of dryfruits makes this dish soo yummy and rich !! Mocktail - musk Melon - it was totally different drink,I have never tried such drinks before- If you ordered this drink,I bet you couldn't resist your self to order again this drink!
