Location is great which is right on the Rajpur Road. Hotel is inside the mall on 4th and 5th floor which is the USP of this property. Staff behaviour was professional and friendly. Greeted by the staff every time we came across them. Check in process was smooth. Room is good and big with all the amenities so there’s really nothing to complain about regarding the room. Only down side was AC. There’s central AC in the room but even after setting temperature of 18 degree room temperature remained 24-25 degrees. Should improve on that. Room sleepers are not there which is a must for 4 ⭐️ hotel. Apart from these it was a great stay there.

I would not suggest anybody to walk to this property. I was at pacific mall Sunday evening, i was with my wife and daughter, we had a plan to stay over. I was standing at the front of the property waiting for my siblings to walk out off the mall and together we can walk in n to the property. But the funny part was the security guard at the front door simply asked us to walk away, To which i said lets walk in and and sit on the reception and wait, to which he refused telling me if you fo not have reservations you can not walk in. I have been to different 5 star properties around india but the experience i had at this property was pathetic. I wrote the review but it was removed so i am writing it down again DO NOT VISTIT THIS PROPERTY i can tell you the welcome gesture was so rude what can you expect in house.

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. It was so comfortable n awesome stay. The food was the plus point. Food was good.n healthy. The room I booked was valley view room it was spacious n clean room with nice view. Breakfast has good variety and lunch or dinner had grt taste. Staff was helpful all the time. In all it was a beautiful stay.

Not much food options for vegitarian. Too much costly. Veg people avoid please. Room charges high.

Just confirm before booking, whether construction going adjacent to hotel is done or not... As night was completely sleepless due to repeated drilling and grinding noise even till 3 am. Other than that stay was good and rooms were very good.

The hotel is perhaps one of the best sited ones in dehradun. It shares it's building with the Pacific mall which means you have everything you need right next to you. The rooms were spacious and well maintained and the staff is very coordial. They give employment to specially abled people which is something i really appreciate The view from the hill facing rooms was absolutely magnificent with the mussoorie skyline clearly visible. .

Parking is a big issue,staff is not well trained. Food and hospitality is not as per the standards. In room dining is poorly managed and the hotel has a common parking with mall and every time they take car it gets deducted from fast tag and then the valet comes back with key and refund. The overall checkin experience was average and staff was not equipped to handle the concerns and requests. Restaurant has limited food buffet.

Everything is fine except their rules. They do not allow more than 2 guests. Location is seriously very near to the Deradhun main town. Beside the hotel you can go to hills. Decoration room service was good. Cost is average compare to others with same class hotel. You can stay there easily with the cheaper cost. I liked the plase and shopping mall along with the hotel.

Stay was good but very bad experience 3000 rs charges taken for cab booked the cab was booked for 8 hrs we came hotel in 4 hrs then again asked cab driver to go just a market he charge 600 and hotel management says its 8 hrs only for mussorie he just waived rs 300. Its not only about money when a person can pay 18k for booking he can easily pay pay3 k its about basic ethics of extra money earnning and management is least bothered.

Firstly the booking was confirmed effortlesly and timely all thanks due to Mr SAHIL of Lemontree Dehradun. Secondly the loc and ambiance of the hotel is breathtaking.They are following all protocol of Covid diligently. Next the food in their restaurant is tasty and has variety to offer.Mr ROHIT who looks after the restaurant is very helpfull and willing to serve the guests promptly. The cleaning part is also looked after well and special thanks to Mr PARAS for his hardwork. Lastly the security with SOORAJ and his team and valet were also quite helpful and proffesional in their approach. I would really like to visit the premises again. Thanks Team Lemontree Dehradun

Good hotel, in the central part of the city, next to a modern shopping center. Good service. Indian traditional food. Small tip for improvement - it is necessary to increase the number of power electrical sockets or provide electrical power hub with USB.

Really bad experience. Not a good hotel. They do not have kitchen open after 10 pm. Avoid this hotel if travelling with kids. No proper rooms and basic amenities available. Too costly. No view rooms. And more important never use Agoda app to book any hotel. They show price very high.

Too expensive for a 3 star. Room was nice and huge but no access to any amenities. The breakfast was fine and the room was spacious, but one can find better properties for the same price.

5 star for Room and cleaning. 3 star for food quality 3 star for check in process 4 star for staff behaviour. Overall experience was good, prices are little higher, location is easy to reach.
