Full environment is neat &clean. It was established focusing on Neurological department in stress - free 🍁 & green 🍃set up for Neuro patients but they have all departments running extremely well . My mother was under treatment of Dr . Preeti Sharma . We got best guidance & treatment with her .

This place is a scam.The surgery department’s behaviour and inability to offer a resolution for our queries.The staff is playing with patient’s life by moving them on recliner sofa instead of patient’s bed. Look like these guys don’t have sufficient beds & they don’t know how to treat sick people😞😞🥵😰 Feedback box don’t have forms, pen etc During rain water on floor The day care room should have four beds but instead 8 recliner had been setup. The surgery Nurse staff(Priyanka) do t know how to treat OT patients. The doctors don’t take care of patients discharge and left shift without signing off. Had to wait 3 hours to get discharge & to get a sign The billing front desk was rude & talking nonsense & was-giving excuses with no artifacts. Adding some pictures as evidence.

Recently i visited health check up department of the hospital for whole body check up. The entire process from check in to the end was seamless. The staff was very courteous, helpful and attentive. They take a good care of their patients. I must say it is one of the best and most trusted hospitals of Dehradun. The doctors are excellent in treatment and way of receiving the patients. They are very polite and explains everything in detail and clearly. They listen to each patients very carefully. The cleanliness of the hospital is maintained in a very proper and sanitized manner. I highly recommend this hospital.

I would like to thank Luna ma'am as It was a painless surgery. My wife feel no pain and she recovered within 24 hours after surgery. With time , this hospital has lost its compassion and care benchmark. The front desk staff is so rude to speak with. they will take your money and will cancel it, reschedule it without even speaking with you. and then will behave very very rudely with you. its just becoming degraded day by day.

Worst thing about this hospital is the infrastructural planning specially entrance, it’s from a a very busy turn. But hats off to the hospital management for their parking charges, it’s another business for them, because of these charges people mis park their cars on the road and on turn which tend to a lot of accidents. Honestly speaking, Max super specialty hospital is one of the finest in service in Dehradun. With all the amenities and facilities provided, everyone feels comfortable and comes out with smiling faces. Yes money can be a factor of consideration sometimes, but still treatment done is worth. Really a genuine boon for Dheradunees. (Doonites🙂) This is the only well established and best class healthcare system one can experience. Strongly recommend to visit here if you have any kind of emergency situation, don't see its far from the main city, the doctors and nursing staff at the observation unit really make you and your patient feel hopeful and they do all efforts to comfort you during the panic. So far I have gone at emergency wing for admitting my father-in-law (femur neck fracture), mother (weakness and coughing for more than 5 days) and visited one patient with Kidney stones (Laparoscopic surgery for renal stone removal), all those timea I experienced best services from doctors, nurses, helpers, security guards and so on. You just need to handover them your patient providing any specific details or recent reports(Full body checkup in case you have). Inside, wards are so clean, well maintained with AC, clean bathrooms, pleasing outside view, very well mannered staff members(nurses, helpers, housekeeping, kitchen staff and the guards offcourse). One starts feeling they are in some hotel, that feeling is rare for patients and attendents when one visits hospitals. For CGHS card holders, this is the best option for OPDs and emergency situations as the admission process is seamless, no need to run different counters (little inconvenient for attendent when opting cashless third party health insurance) NEVER VISIT KAILASH, KANISHK or better see DOON hospital if one can not afford MAX hospital due to any reason.

The best part about the hospital is that you get everything under one roof. All doctors, specialists and tests. The administration is good and staff responsive. The general hygiene is maintained. They have a blood bank too and major surgeries are performed here. For a place like Dehradun it is one of the best in terms of facilities. Accordingly charges are little high. There is adequate parking available.

Food served to in house patient is as per requirement of patient. Office staff cooperate for your health insurance approvals and bills settlement. Cleanliness and hygiene is best as per hospital standards.

I had a disappointing experience at Max Hospital due to poor management. The locked stairs created an inconvenience, making it difficult to navigate the facility. Moreover, the absence of chairs for visitors made the wait uncomfortable, and the food pantry left much to be desired. Overall, it was a subpar visit. Even govt hospitals have a better management as compared to Max. Highly dissapointed !!!!!

Online appointment booking was very easy. Upon reaching hospital just had to show appointment reference I’d and got the doctors slip from the counter. I visited doctor for consultation on calcification on one of the valve in heart, Doctor asked lots of questions in order to understand the case. His suggestions were very helpful.

Improvement needs to be done for quick laboratory test reports.Most of the time they are delayed. Nurses get confused with details of patients with similar heath problems. Hospital premises are clean and convenient for the visitors and attendants and the food and other services are not overly expensive though. Infrastructure is excellent

I can’t express the sorry state of our country, where hospitals are not there to help you but to actually trouble the patient & their attendant. My grandfather was hospitalised at Max for about 16 days, where he was on oxygen mask. The nurses in the CCU didn’t even realise & check that the string attached to the mask caused a deep wound around his ear. Even after mentioning them almost everyday there was nothing done to solve the problem. Please improve the quality & quantity of the nurses per patient. They are so impatient by the end of it that instead of helping & improving the health of the patient, they actually worsen the situation.

We have had to come here on multiple occasions for my father and each time the CCU team has surpassed our expectations. Very helpful, lovingly and with full care they deal with patients and ensure that the elderly are comfortable. Dr Preeti and her team have been a big blessing for Dehradun and have been always available and very responsive. Floor nurses, food and hygiene cannot be left our from being mentioned. My father who is a fussy eater has been happily eating his meals and his random requests are always heard. Thank you team Max.

Been here for a couple of cases. Good doctors all around. Have been here for neuro cases and a C-section delivery. Radiology department is horrible though. Hence only 4 stars. It just takes too long and the staff is quite nonchalant and unconcerned overall. Doctors are fine. If you need radiology get it done somewhere else if possible. For all other things it's not bad.

Being the best doctor she is one of the best human being as well. Her availability 24*7 for me is very appreciable. Dr. Puneet the anesthesiologist supported me throughout the c-section process in a very positive way. Nurse Priya is one of the best nurse i have ever met. She is so nice kind and supportive. Doctor Naveen, Nurse Shivani and Shivani Walter from labour room were very supportive throughout this journey. Ankita from OPD was also very supportive. I m very thankful to Max Hospital.

I visit max hospital and my experience was very bad their staff behaviour was very bad emergency doctors behave was very bad. they didn't treat patients very well .nurse were good.
