I have been a customer of Zivame for quite some time now. I have never been disappointed with their service before. But this time I had an experience which was not so pleasant which also makes me write this review. I had visited the Zivame store at Mall of India last week with my friends and there was a saleswoman who just didn't know how to treat the customers right. She would make faces if the customer denied buying anything. And after the customer would walk out of the store she would pass insulting comments about the customer with the other staff members INFRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. The first time it happened I ignored it, but it got me when I realised she was behaving like this with almost everyone. And it wasn't even the case where the customers were being rude or nasty. I have been to countless stores both online and offline and I have never come across with this kind of behaviour. I am not a person who goes about spreading hate across the Internet. I'm not even the one who would post a negative review about a product that I found disappointing. But what I'm sharing right now needs to be seen. Because this is not a way how you treat the customers. The customers must be treated with utmost respect and dignity irrespective of everything and the staff must know how to do it.

I didn't knew that they take the measurement first which is mandatory at their shop and after that they show you different varieties as per your wish. Basically defrauding customers by using cuatoner's card details to place "virtual" store orders. The store however is using their own account to place the order so in case of any refund, it goes to their wallet and not directly back to original source of payment. What's worse, nobody is taking the pain to inform anyone of this. Zivame is asking you to goback to the store to get a refund for an order they placed using the online store. The store does not pick up calls and there's no mobile number mentioned.
