Domino's pizza have a reputation because of their uniform quality and quantity. Like any other branch of the same, its good.

Worst experience that's why I never recommend anyone to go to Domino's I'll tell you why Firstly there is no hygiene I was sitting there for 1 hour but none came to clean the table how messy the table was. This Domino's has the best pizza delivery and customer service. I have tried all of the pizza delivery services, and domino's was by far the best. They made our orders super quickly, and delivered them even quicker hot and ready. I will definitely be ordering from this domino's in the future! Poor service (requested 3 time to clean table ,pizza was ready but table was still dirty)ARROGANT STAFF, WANTED TO MENTION NAME -NO NAME TAGS WITH STAFF, Sanjeet(checked on bill) at cashier is way too slow with executing customer requested. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE AT ALL,, better go to food court. Management relook into service experience and training staff.

The place is very small and the presence of merely a few people makes the place congested. No halal food available.

As always Domino's Pizza never fails to impress . Had the paneer makhani pizza which was amazing along with a thin crust chicken pepper and onion pizza which was okaish . The place as such has a bit less seating capacity which I guess is due to covid . Over all the services were good and hygiene was maintained .

Had the worst experience with Domino's yesterday. This outlet stops taking counter orders by 8:00pm. They made me order it online while sitting in that location. They shut their delivery service on Zomato and made me download the Domino's app, through which I finally ordered my pizza. They took ages to give me my order and didn't allow me to eat on site. 💢 Hope no one has to experience this when they're hungry AF!

Just placed an order online for the kids. Was around 10 pizzas. A girl called up from the store and said it's a bulk order and will take time. I requested her to do it fast or send in 2 parts as kids were hungry. Firstly I think she doesn't understand English. She herself was talking rudely and started commenting on me that I am showing attitude and what all. I think you need to get staff who understand English and don't show personal grudges on the client. Then she abruptly hanged the phone. This is really not acceptable as per dominos standard.

Pizaa has been one of the most liked food now a days and dominos in this category has made its name known to all the lovers. Pizza varieties of the Domino's pizaa makes it very alike then other counterparts in this segment. Yes I have tasted some of the very special pizza of the outlets and liked it the most.

Had butter chicken pizza and farm pizza both were good and they were doing table service as well thru a app

this is by far the worst place in the whole city to ever get pizza from !! I donot have any complaints against the food but the staff does really treat you like nothing. Their tone, their behaviour towards their customer is so poor !! They make you wait for minimum of 15 minutes. Hopping they really improve their service !!

It's crowded on weekends and managed very poorly. The clearance of used tables is slow. Taste is average.

Public just beware of Domino's delivery folks specially in this store. They seem to have hired hooligans who can be dangerous. This guy who came was extremely violent in his tone. Also the store didn't pick my Phone when i kept calling. So kindly don't order if u wish to feel safe.

Not at all upto the regular dominos standards. Service guys don’t want to come to the area to take orders. And then they won’t start preparing the order as well even when the store is empty. And their card machine doesn’t work. Basically a remote Stone Age type Dominos store

False advertisement on the website. They are advising that every order is eligible for a free gift and not sending a gift at all. When calling to their support, they advise that the offer is only available for “special clients” and their senior manager is saying it’s a technical glitch. Absolutely poor service, I regret being their client in the past. Disgusting impression from your service and the fact that you do not provide compensations for your own mistakes. Delight me every time. You want tradition? You want a place that makes you feel cozy and not feel stressed about what you have to wear? Dominos is one of the original pizza places in Dehradun keeping the tradition of what it means to be Italian. This place makes you feel like family. Don’t be afraid to order something other than pizza because whatever you order will be on point.

This place is near to my college. Good to go for pizza treat but i always find the place not so clean. The mirror near to washroom is broken and the people on counter cant even speak well while they take order

Taste is great, as expected from Domino's. Reduced two stars as the staff is more focussed on giving them full star feedback and they don't focus much on providing actual customer service.

Food is good like always but the biggest problem is management of the particular store(Pacific mall). As there is no service of cleaning the tables, few seating chairs are too much damaged it feel like it will broke anytime.

Experience is good but not as per dominos standard as i find pizza here are less loaded and less on cheese too i find other outlets in dehradun are better in terms of taste. Open seating are is a plus for sure. Overall ok experience.

Had the worst pizza at this domino's outlet till date. They served us an undercooked and dry pizza with no cheese. Staff was busy preparing the pizzas which were ordered online therefore had to wait around 50 minutes for our order to arrive.
