This is a complaint against the female staff who was sitting in the central chair on the single window clearing area on 14.09.2022 around the morning hours. At the Raipur road, windlass shopping complex branch. I am a non customer but had gone to deposit some money into two sbi bank accounts. 1. Firstly, this woman was out of her chair area and busy doing some personal work on her mobile phone. This was around 10.30 to 11 am in the morning hours. 2. Later, she was hesitant and had no inclination to do the work for which she is sitting on that chair and getting paid for. She was extremely rude in her behavior and talking a lot of nonsense. I am super specialist doctor. If she behaves like this with me, what would she be doing with the poor people who come as customers to the branch. Do the sbi bank people not train their staff in good manners before recruiting them? Do they not check on your staff behavior intermittently and try to improve them? I demand strict disciplinary action against her for her rudeness and unwillingness to do her work properly. She is a liability on the branch and will tarnish the branch image by her ill acts.
