Happened to visit this store few weeks back. Located nicely at the ground floor corner shop in Pacific Mall. The staff was good and courteous and showed us their range with patience. We ended up purchasing a set of ear studs. Overall a good experience.

Nice variety and collection of diamonds. Bought earrings for my little daughter and rings for wife and gift purpose. Collection is for all price ranges. Have good 15 day return policy at no charge. Overall i would definitely recommend it.

It was a lovely experience buying from CaratLane which is located in Rajpur road. The store employee named Bharat helped us a lot in choosing and giving us appropriate discount. I will surely visit the store again next time. All the staff was very accommodating and helpful.

4 star to Rahul as a sales staff. 0 stars to S. Malik & the female staff ( she had very little knowledge and failed to distinguish between cents and carats based on the size of the diamond.) And S. Malik’s face looked like he will throw us out of the store if he could. ( and he very arrogantly and authoritatively asked my husband to not try the rings himself, when he did not even get up from his chair to show us any ) We purchased stuff in only half n hour, so they knew we aren’t one of those customers who try everything and buy nothing. *Never coming back* Tanishq Dehradun is better than this particular branch of caratlane anyday.

The very basic issue is costomer handling it's worst here. Product are unique and latest design, with light weight product. You will find it useful if you are trendy by choice. But the costomer service is very bad. They only are trained to sale the product.if you have any issues they will ignore you and handle other customers. If they promised you to get back to you, they will never. I don't think anyone care for that in the store.
