Product toh mila but 2 din baad Stock hone k baad b they called u next day.. Staff kam krna hi ni chahta 2 bje k baad bulaya call pe confirm kiya toh he said come tomorrow i told u before 2 pm.. I went to the one plus service center for the green line damage on the screen which is due to one plus new update. It is to be replaced free of cost by the company But the rude staff refused to change the display saying for a small dent on the metal body which wasn't linked to it at all. The staff was very rude and also they said the back glass they changed two years back was duplicate which was pathetic. So bad one plus What a point of buying a 45000 mobile with this behaviour

Why are they providing contact no. If there is nobody to answer the phone. Poor very poor service. Company should look into this matter And should tight their staff.

Worst service and worst employees they dont have respect for their customer, faced soo much mis behave of employees in OnePlus service centre dehardun, this service centre should be closed or employees should be changed immediately. They said me to leave service centre when i asked them for resolving my issue by saying me that this is private property you can't be here.

I was sceptical about visiting there but to my surprise it gave me awesome experience. The front service guy was so patient and helpful. I had problem with my neck band and they replaced it with new without asking much . One+ is definitely giving best customer support

Service is fast and good. It's not like other brands' service centers that will keep your mobile and will take a long time to repair and give it back. My OnePlus 6's screen was detached so went there to fix it up. They said that in this case, the complete screen is replaced and OnePlus 6 screens are now not coming so they just repaired my slider button for free and told me to get the detached screen pasted from some local mobile repair shop. I got it pasted at 200 rupees. Some weak points are they should have a token system to call customers and the seating capacity could be increased.

Change the staff of reception on duty present on the date 30-08-2023... Not responded the phone call done by us multiple times... Very unprofessional behaviour and atitude ... The cost of broken screen was asked to be Rs 13,400.... Itne mein toh Naya phone aa jayega ... And the shopkeeper next to service centre done it for Rs 2,000 only ..... Jaago ONEPLUS jaago.....

Bad experience..The staff does not tell the problem at once. Daily I went to service center but they did not help .

I have visited the Centre to repair my One Plus 7 Screen. The Person mentioned that it will cost you around 9000(INR), but on the one plus website it is mentioned that it is 5000(Including GST). Kindly check price details from One Plus or authorize source if there is any requirement to replace any Spare part of your phone.

Good people. Proper service. They are friendly and helpful. Parking is an issue. The ac and maintenance of the room is fine. They don't answer through phone calls.

The lady at the counter though was polite but didn't want to understand the real issue and was adamant to send us to other service center. My mobile has issue of unusual battery draining. The guy at the service also tried to make fool of us by talking random. They eventually sent us away without solving our problem and told us to show our mobile to rishikesh service center. Such unprofessional service and behavior. I am not sure to buy oneplus again aft. r experiencing this service

What a useless service...it hasn't been even 1 month since I got the new TV or the TV is in line...or I complained after 3 days of getting the TV but today it's been 1 month. ..but today no call is available... OnePlus' service is very useless...Take any local TV but don't buy OnePlus TV...OnePlus phone is a little weak and TV is very useless ....
