Store was really nice but there was issues with parking, there were some goons of the property owner who want the cars to aligned in absolutely empty parking. Really unhappy as first cry staff said this was a daily issue with customers and they cannot do anything about it. I would recommend people to try any other store at different location.

One store full of styles and categories, and most important when you have great sales staff like Peehu then we can visit many times, she done her job with full of energy she has something when is interacting. Keep the great work Peehu. 👍👍👍

Pathetic billing desk, minimum time 30-35 minutes they will take for your billing even after low footfalls.

Your selection is good. Several Babyhug products are of good quality. The billing process is quite cumbersome. There is a single cashier often and it seems to take several steps to generate an invoice

Humanity doesn't exist for these guys | unfortunately the clutch wire of my bike broke at night just infront of their showroom. We just parked the vehicle there. A man comes and says aapko andar Jana hai, we said no our bike just broke and please let us keep it here we will take it in morning. There was ample parking space and we even offered that if you have any charges let us know we will pay as we were helpless stranded on the road and there was no mechanic nearby. Two of their staff literally started behaving so rude and asked us take the bike anywhere. I have also uploaded the picture of the guy. If the owner or the person managing the place is reading this kindly hire staff with some manners at least. A little help doesn't cost a thing. Even if they would have asked us calmly we wouldn't have reacted and written this but the way they behaved was unacceptable, the guy the blue was literally ready for a fist fight.

No salesperson in the store knew anything about the ride on cars product and tried to sell me a defective product despite of me showing them that the product online looked different they said aisa hi hai lena hai toh lo …one of the biggest store of first cry with one of the worst experience!

Worst store ever… we were treated so badly.. none of them knew anything about what has to be done or how to speak… one of the employee called my husband idiot 3 time..even when we were not even talking to her… dhami was her surname she has no shame to disrespect the Customer.. the baby belt we perched had a big Default I was carrying my baby in that belt and the buckle opened many Times my baby who was 3 months old fell over from the belt… don’t not go there and get Insulted even the Manager dint know what to do about it
