Neat and clean place, very bright TBH.. The food was okish!?!.. I had grilled sandwich, which was somewhat tasty, but the mayonnaise was very runny!! Purely vegetarian restaurant.. The price is moderate.. The relaxed ambience of the place is quite popular with the locals.. It's a busy outlet, even during COVID phase it was pretty crowded sometimes...

All the sweets made here are really tasty and at an affordable price. The ambiance is good.

Too bad management. Very disappointing. Not at all professional. First they said that item is available. When you spend your time and energy on them, they just jokingly inform you that it's finished despite of you ordering before hand (when it was available) and when you complaint, they just casually laugh and ignore you as if they don't care and you are some foolish standing and waiting for your item there. Worst experience ever. Idk who manages the shop, but this needs to be checked upon.

It is more spacious than before Deserts are available, even different type of breads are also available. They provide with mineral water bottle.

The atmosphere and the staffs are very nice here. All the staffs greets you with a smile on there face. Atmosphere is family friendly. Here food options are veg and they all are super tasty.

All foods and sweets are tasty but restaurant services very poor, no one came for leftover food plates and taking orders. Although the lunch plate was also crooked from below, which was shaky from being placed on the table, due to which I had a lot of difficulty in eating food.

Location - Present in the ground floor of City Centre, Dhanbad. Can be easily identified. Accessibility - Easy transportation available. Ambiance - Nice, tidy and seats availability is quite nice. Food Qty and Quality - Kind of pocket friendly Pricing and with lots of things on menu. We ordered Chowmin, Manchurian, Dosa, Raj Kachori, and Rasmalai and all were perfect. I'll recommend Rasmalai. Food quality and quantity and perfect. Service - Of all the above dishes It was Chowmin and Manchurian which took a bit of time rest all were presented quickly.

We went in the evening time and had some snacks and took some sweets for Our Home. Sweets are really delicious.

Most of their stores, including the one in City Centre are well maintained. They have a wide variety of sweets and now they have also started to sell bakery items.

Food supplied was ok but counter should be more proactive towards fast service. I have experienced a lackluster approach every time I visit there.

Very bad experience in Bombay sweets City centre branch.. today we had planned family lunch then we ordered masala dosa, idli, chola batora ,onion dosa and rasmalai..It was a waste of money. I will never go again nor suggest anyone to go....Street food is better than this... family lunch program is ruined...

The sink is like .....sarkari washroom. Price is very high and quality is same as normal restaurant or even worst for many things. So you don't need to waste your money especially in new Bombay sweets,city centre dhanbad
