Pizza without ketchup is just of no use..Please take care of these things on a regular basis by surveying or anything you can do..you need it to do..anyways ..as earlier food quality was super good..but 2 stars less only for not being clean

A great place for get together with friends and family. Service is decent and the food is as always great. Do ask for offer of the day and enjoy your day. Though need bit of cleanliness and sitting space as it gets crowded in busy hours and you have to wait long to get a seat.

Worst Domino's experience!!!! Really bad staff. Bad maintenance. Bad service. Bad tasting pizza.!! They didn't provide order number. Even after asking again and again. After waiting for more that half an hour when asked..our order was kept behind the counter to get cold. They took extra 10 min to give cold drinks. Did not even give spoon with the choco lava. When asked for spoon...staff girl throw the spoon on counter in the face. It was very disrespectful. Spent 1400/- for all this. Shameful Domino's.!!!

The place is lovely, tried pizza. It was as expected. However there are some minor cleanliness issues. But the overall experience was good.

Even 1 star is too much for them. Waited 1.5 hour for a delivery order and after that got a call that either pick up order or cancel it. Extremely frustrated by this behaviour will not consider ordering from here. Dominos should take action on these kind of outlets.

While talking about the food it is best but when we talk about the service I will rate 1 star because they don't know how to treat people . When I was telling them my order they were just ignoring me I had to stand approximately 30 minutes just to tell what I want to eat Talking about the environment so it was quite poor . Just another good experience with the Domino's Pizza store at 32 sector ludhiana. Ordered online, easy and seamless. Predicted 30-40 minute delivery time from the time my order was entered, ended up being less than 25 minutes. Our two pizzas were perfectly baked and just...pretty, as if the pizza chef made it for his/her own family. This is not our first order from this location, and the team at this store has nailed it every time. Keep it up and we will be continuing customers.

Cold drink 500 ml for Rs 60 is only given for online orders and customers who dine in are forced to take cold drink cup which is 350ml for Rs 70. This is insane. Not acceptable at all

not a single customer waiting only my order placed 15 minutes back and when i asked them it was ready they didnot even start to prepare my order as the one who was about to prepare it had already forgotten that even if there was order.

Please do not go through Domino's sector 32, instead you can try Pizza Hut. Delevery is not delivered on time, every time excuses from customer care and Franchise did not take call. I am suffered 6 times within distance of 3km. With advanced payment which is non refundable.

The manager of sector 32a is not picking our calls and he promised a refund which is due over 7 days and no information related to our refund is communicated to us. This is not the kind of behaviour that is expected from a franchise like Domino's. Customer satisfaction is what they should strive for and seems like they are on an exactly opposite path.
