I cannot begin to advise you how upset I am regarding this journey. I booked a driver to take me and my frail aunti to amritsar The driver was stubborn and spoke no english. We asked to take off the ac. He didnt. Kept it on and ignored us. He had a speeding bug up his ass on our way there. It was a very uncomfortable ride. Each bump hit us extra because of this. Did not know the way to our destination and accumulated extra mileage which was unnecessary. Then we got home and he started adding on the night charge (which is if the journey is continuing in to the specified time) if I was starting the journey at night why was this charge not added into the hire cost? This review will also be going online for people to see. Kind regards unhappy customer.

Third class service experience... no body will help you costumer care when your payment will reach to MMT. Better to book hotel flight from some other site coz if you need some help or anything do not expect any help from Make My Trip.

Very rude staff to deal with customers, it looking like SARKARI OFFICE, I went there on Oct 15 to book the ticket for Edinburgh. First worst thing office openint time is 10 am and they opened at 11 am, second they don't have card payment facility. just thinks dudes who is carrying big amount in cash? Third thing is big difference on air fare. And fourth they don't treat well to cutomers. Very poor and worst place to book the tickets.

They are not refunding my money form last 7 months....and just linger us on there call.. Totally fraud... Worst experience from make my trip.. I'll never book any flight from them.

My Booking ID : NN2914955073036 I, Sourav Khanna, have booked my flight of British Airways on 11th april 2021 of 30th april 2021 from delhi to Toronto having one stop in London . So, on this website, although it was mentioned that the ticket is non refundable but they didn’t mention clearly that this flight will not allowed me to go to Toronto from london if i layovered in london as per indian Government rules. Now the make my trip customer care are not picking up any calls or replying emails! They should have clearly mentioned about this on there website so that people can save themselves from losing their hard earned money. You don’t have any idea that how my father managed to take student Loan for my higher education. Now they are already in debt And this loss can give him an heart attack if i say him that this have happened! See i just want my money back, So Take this as a request or warning as i do know other ways of going to consumer forum.
