We were infuriated with Dr. Muktinder singh for disrespecting our time and for not arriving for appointment. Staff in this clinic is just pathetic... Super rude and unqualified staff.. They are just making money.. We travelled all the way from Delhi to Ludhiana for the treatment of my child after taking an appointment... I called at the clinic one day before coming to homeo care ludhiana again to confirm my appointment.. They assured me that my appointment is fixed with Dr Muktinder singh... And on 15th April we reached their by 12.00 PM.. I askd the receptionist about doctor and you know what she replied Doctor is out of town...and i was like what... Dn she told me to meet junior doctor Noopinder or Rupinder wotever... She was such a pathetic/rude/stupid/dumbo...she dnt knw anything regarding any health problem... She was dr just to waste time of patients... She was blaming me that it was our duty to call clinic in the morning before starting frm delhi... I started at 7 in the morning and homeocare opens at 11.00... Dn i asked What's the use of confirming my appointment one day before coming ...she said its not my headache from where you came or whatoever.. If you wnt you can take medicine from junior doctor...we denied but dn the girl sitting at reception forced us to meet another junior doctor... But at the end all staff was so rude and they are just making money... And yes the most pathetic person of the staff is nupinder or rupinder... Senseless girl.. If you want to waste your time and money do visit...

Homoeocare is the best place for the homoeopathic treatment. I have taken my treatment from them , after I was cured I recommend many people there for their treatment who were also cured, they have have good results in thyroid, pcod, wheat allergy, milk allergy , it's a best clinic for pediatric care. Staff is also very nice. Responsible , even if the patient is at home n is not well n not able to visit clinic they call 4-5 times from clinic to know about their patients health, they all are very down to earth. I can say they have treatment for each n every disease. Worst doctors and clinic!!! Never visit this place... That Dr Muktinder just listens and says "HMMM ....." all the while and never improves the medicine... In fact the medicine is always worse than the previous one. Plus, not only the Doctor but the juniors are so damn rude and stupid that they dont even have the sense to talk to patients. Been to their clinic where we waited for an hour as usual and when called by the receptionist, we headed to dr muktinder's cabin where we were stopped by the receptionist to first give follow up to that arrogant and senseless richa who is so ill mannered that she won't even listen to the child, who in this case was the patient, and infact started shouting at her. Mean how can such bunch of baboons be doctors..seriously doubt it... That Dr. Richa didn't care for us to enterstaff!!!!!!!!!!cabin so she could say something.She just started yelling at the top of her voice that seeing her was just wastage of time and didn't bother giving us time to speak. That was a matter to be taken into serious account but wasnt... Then, she went and complained falsely about us to Dr. Muk tinder who himself too didn't care to take our opinions into consideration. Rather, supported his minion for being right. Also they together accused us of hurting a doctor's self respect and for us for mis behaving with a doctor!!!! For their information, they get their fees from the lumpsome amount of money they take in advance!!!! How do you expect us behave in front of a woman shouting like a banshee in front of us!!!!! They deserve respect just because they have the prefix of "DOCTOR" before the names!!!! Mean, what the hell! First teach your so called doctor's ettiquettes before diagnosing patients! What sort of specialized people are you when you cannot even cure the diseases that are highlighted in bold outside your clinic. What else would you expect? They were clearly misbehavhing with a patient that was nowhere at fault. In fact, the health of our child deteriorates after taking their medicine. Believe me, if you really wanna waste you 15k bucks and deteriorate your health do visit!!! These guys merely loot you and are greedy over money. Manners before medicationmedication- to the doctors and start!!!!

Muktinder sir is One of the best doctors of ludhiana. Two months ago i visited the afecto clinic, i was facing issues with my gall bladder and fatty liver.
