Pros: The Waterfall is beautiful Good surrounding natural beauty Cons: Dirty.. loads of bottles and other plastic littered by tourists and not cleaned by authority.. both are at fault here. Too many stairs Staircase is broken at some places.

Namaste jharana lies between bhedetar-tamor highway. It is a 15 min walk from the main highway. The waterfall view is nice but the tracks r quite risky. During monsoon it might get more dangerous. Plan accordingly.

Are you a nature lover?? If yes, then Namaste Jharana is one of the most visit natural waterfall situated in Dhankuta. It was my first visit to a waterfall in my lifetime. Though the path to reach the waterfall is very steep we reached there by walking around 15-20 minutes by parking our vehicle in the bottom or near the restaurant of the entrance way. My first visit to the waterfall experience was quite good. If you are planning to visit this waterfall then I suggest to visit as early as possible in the morning as there will not be many people and you can even shoot beautiful pictures and videos without any disturbance. The only thing that I didn't like was people bathing in the water and throwing their clothes after they had bathed. This irresponsible behaviour made me anxious. People should learn to preserve nature as it is very important to us. in conclusion I want to add that Namaste Jharana is a very good place to visit during summer as the temperature is hot and cold water swimming is very refreshing. But unfortunately I didn't have any spear cloth with me so I couldn't take a bath in such cold and fresh water.

A beautiful stream winds its way through a peaceful landscape, surrounded by rolling hills and embraced by nature's greenery. The sound of flowing water blends harmoniously with the rustling leaves, creating a calming atmosphere. Sunlight sparkles on the clear stream, reflecting the lush surroundings. The air carries the fresh scent of plants, making it a serene spot for quiet reflection and appreciation of nature's beauty.

Namaste Falls (Nepali: नमस्ते झरना) is located in Bhedetar village development committee of Dhankuta district. It is popular among domestic tourists. The falls are about 80 meters high. Domestic tourists from Jhapa, Dhankuta, Morang and Sunsari visit this falls in large. One can see a rainbow-like, seven-colour formation while standing close to the waterfall. It is in the shape of Namasthe. The falls are also frequently visited by researchers.

It was awesome place to hangout. We reached there by 15 minutes bike ride from vedetaar. You need to pay entrance fee for people and camera too. You can have a very good time. The rocks are slippery. So stay careful

Namaste! Jharana, an exquisite waterfall located in the eastern part of Nepal, stands as a breathtaking natural wonder amid the lush landscapes of the region. Its name, "Jharana," translates to "waterfall" in Nepali, a fitting title for this cascading marvel that captivates all who visit. The charm of Jharana lies not only in its height but also in the sheer elegance of its descent. As the water gracefully plummets from great heights, it transforms into a mesmerizing veil of mist, creating an ethereal ambiance that enchants onlookers. Nestled within verdant forests, Jharana exudes an aura of tranquility, inviting visitors to relish its serene surroundings. The beauty that awaits for you once you reach the waterfall is enough to take away all the weariness one feels to reach the fall. Irrespective of the icy cold water, one cannot resist going in there and enjoy the crystal clear water.

one of the best place in eastern Nepal to enjoy the waterfall specially in summer season. It is peaceful and pleasantly amazing. The area where waterfall is situated is clear, surrounded by tress, mountain , rocks, uphill and downhill. Overall best place to spend your weekend in a most chilling way. so I recommend everyone to visit if you want to get refreshed.

20 minutes ride from Bhedetar going towards Dhankuta. Namaste jharna is complete package of refreshment. It does cost you a ticket to enter which is not much either. The gate to the falls is just visible from the highway so it is an easy access.
