Domino's Pizza in Hillside Mall, Dharamshala is a place with a fantastic view from the outside of the mall. However, the high parking charges may be a drawback for those who drive their own cars. Additionally, the location of the mall is in a very busy and congested market area, which can make it difficult to reach. Regarding the service, it was average at best and quite slow. This could have been due to the high volume of customers or a lack of staffing, but it still detracts from the overall experience. In conclusion, while the view from outside the mall is breathtaking, the parking charges, crowded market area, and slow service may not make for the best dining experience. However, if you're in the area and looking for a quick bite, Domino's Pizza at Hillside Mall may be a decent option, though you may have to be patient with the service.

Worst experience. Poor quality pizza ..poor hygiene..it's tske a 45 min to make a chees burst peppy paneer piza ...poor quality. Poor management.

If the staff is in bad mood, please don't make him handle orders terminal. People are waiting to place orders and the staff is simply busy in calculating something and talking among themselves. Simply stop taking order by mentioning so. In the end three people just left. Won't recommend.

Domino's pizza is always special and if you are a Domino's pizza lover then this place is for. I go there two times with my friends for dominos party we all are very hungry and all shops are closed at 11:00 p.m. we visit in dominos and give the last order of the day. We ordered regular online pizza the taste was not good at all my friends that came from Chandigarh they said that in Chandigarh dominos onion pizza is better than this. After sometime i again go to Domino's with my roommate and this time we order our favourite Domino's pizza peppy paneer and the taste of peppy paneer pizza is awesome.

Domino's Pizza is situated inside the hills Mall dharmashala. Cleanliness can maintain more. Staff behaviour is good and quality of food also.

Great place to have a brunch or dinner , Domino's is known for its pizza but what makes it better is the people who make it and this place was really good ,they showcase how pizza is being made ,place is spacious having 2 floors ,it was overall a good experience

Ambiance was good and staff behaviour is also good. I have ordered burger, 1 Indian tandoori pizza and 1 peppy paneer & the taste is so good. Although the price may be high in comparison to other states and that is due to the state wise prices in domino's may vary because of the state wise policy of domino's.

The staff has no manners to talk with customers They didn't receive card payments and pizza is also bitter in taste .

i was very disappointed when i asked for a bottle of Pepsi with one large farmhouse pizza, one of the staff members who's at the counter at the same time has refused that they dont have the pepsi bottle, i was ok with it but while having pizza i have seen that they have the same bottle at the back of the counter. i feel very bad for this. despite having the product they are deining to the customers.......i think management should look in to this matter. and pizza was also not up to the mark..... toppings of muhrooms are also not fresh.........

Maine Domino's se burger pizza mangwaya, par uska bun puri tarah se jala hua tha. Aisa laga jaise jisne banaya usne dekha hi nahi ki wo jal gaya hai. Bohot hi unprofessional! Bilkul bhi tasty nahi tha, mujhe fenkna pada. Bahut hi disappointing experience. My order no. Was 279 on 25th dec 👍

At Mcleodganj I visited the Domino's They made my order wrong twice. And there were literally one more person other than us It just spoiled our mood for Lunch.

I recently visited Mcleodganj Dominos and was amazed to see that the outlet had a good footfall with only 3 staff members working there.... 1 staff handling delivery orders and the other 2 handling walk-ins. I want to Thank Rahul, one of Dominos staff member at Mcleodganj outlet for the superfast and amazing work he does. We kept on looking at him amazed to see him managing the work so well. Loved the pizza and their service. I have to say the staff was quick witted, a small mistake was compensate with a very nice gesture and delicious pizza. Thank you domino's for making our day.

Today I am very unhappy with the staff of Dharamshala Domino's. Firstly due to late delivery and then after that I got cold pizza and its taste was very less. After that i contacted the staff team in which i didn't get any corporation i was regular customer of domino dharamshala in about 2 year's time i have placed order of rs 120.000 from domino dharamshala but after today i will never buy from domino dharamshala Will not order anything.

I am very disappointed with the delivery .I have ordered the pizza at 9:49 and as per policy they have to deliver it within half an hour. But they have delivered the same at 11:35 and was barely warm making the entire experience frustrating.A hot pizza is essential n this was not even close to to that. It was definitely not worth the wait.

Today I was very disappointed by Domino's services I ordered one regular pizza valcano veggies, and then size of the piza is medium we were happy but when we taste it it's really bad , pura Doug khrab tha or taste pura khatta or ajib sa tha , jb uski complaint ki no one is responding, after 2-3 times the counter girl said wait we will check, after 10 minutes on one came , so me and friend leave the pizza and went , But it's really bad yr bad service according to me we are paying larger amount of money so it's your responsibility to serve us better and fresh 😑😑😑

They took more than 2 hours to deliver ,( it was not a festival) , didn't pick up my calls, most shityy branch guys pls don't order from here. This has happened many times with me, didn't expected this from dominos

Bad experience , I guess they were not using fresh material for cooking and the pizza was tasteless and I think it was without sauces , pizza base was like papad , the stuffing of garlic bread was not good at all
