I recently visited the Domino's outlet on Meclo, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The girl at the counter displayed a lack of courtesy and was unhelpful when I sought assistance with the menu. Despite being a customer eager to explore the complete menu, I felt neglected and frustrated as the staff member failed to provide the necessary guidance. This not only impacted my overall dining experience but also left me questioning the quality of customer service at this particular Domino's outlet. It is evident that there is a need for improved soft skills among the staff, especially in terms of communication and customer engagement. It is crucial for Domino's, as a renowned brand, to invest in comprehensive soft skill training for its employees. This would not only enhance the customer experience but also contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the outlet.

The lady at the counter is rude. Machine for the credit card is not working. Seats were all having dust and the whole are was unclean. Mostly the lady at the counter who took the payment rehana bagum was the name i guess was so rude and have no manners. Management should look into this

We went there with a family group of 7. Having a Dominoz anywhere is a great saver. We were relieved to find this outlet here. The Pizzas were as great as they used to be! No complaint! But the staff who took the order were very slow and felt like she was exhausted and not welcoming at all. The ambiance of the restaurant was good as it was a new outlet.

Online order where I have to confirm my delivery address twice, only to recieve 3 calls after - 2 to ask where I am and the other to say that they are at a complete different hotel. Clearly the 4 steo address verification didn't work. This is then followed by a series of text messages to give my location. All the while I'm wondering why they don't look at their computer. In their defence the delivery was actually super quick. However, the driver turned up without any change. Apparently they only do online payment...not sure how I managed to place an order then! Sadly the pizza tasted like a frozen oven one and I dread to think how small a regular is!!

Nice outlet. Didn't expect Dominos here in this area but got it.

Rude staff. They are not interested to even take orders also won't want to see costumer ace. The store doesn't have even washroom. Worst experience

The Regular size...it is really too small. I ordered an regular Chicken pepperoni. And Ooo...my God.. it is just the size of my palm. And the cost is 329. Ooo..how expensive....

Order my pizza on 9.pm got my pizza at 11:30 pm ....no manners of talking .....manager and the delivery boy

Not opening at 11:00am it been almost 11:08 and the lady is just doing its work,not paying attention to us😡

The worse service staff I have ever seen in domino.. They even don't know how to talk. They also have ability to cheat. They don't accept debit cards. And when u give cash. They don't know the basic calculations..

One star deserves them the most. They doesn’t even care the customer need. The girls are so rude and no manner of professionalism. They even lied to us by saying the pizza that we want are unavailable even though it is there. later after eating a senior guy came and we asked again and he said it’s there. We ordered something very different and ate already. It is not even out of stock. Literally she said the base for the pizza we want is out of stock. Because others are more expensive. I don’t know the name but she have fair and round skin and one of her co worker who is taking order. We’re so disappointed in you. A liar. we will never eat from here again.
