Hey there. I am going to write the theft experience that I had here 2 days back, so you people can exactly understand why you must not book this hotel for stay. Me and my friend had come from delhi and booked this hotel through goibibo. We checked in and kept our luggage in room no 204. I had a very new Apple Airpods pro worth 21k, so I decided to keep them in Almirah and decided not to take them while sight seeing being a costly item. We left for sight seeing and came back at 6:30. Immediately after reaching to my room I realised someone has come inside, now what I found that my airpods are missing, my friends jacket is at the other hidden end of almirah. We immediately contact the hotel people and told them about the issue. We asked them to show the CCTV footages. Bang !! They dont have camera in lobby. Their CCTV at reception is not proper either. We also filed police complaint. Unfortunately My airpods got stolen from my room and I coundnt do anything about it. The staff is very rude. Manager itself is very rude. Now choice is yours if you want to stay in this hotel, loose your precious items and get a bad treatment.

Had a lovely experience at Bella Heights this summer - the ambience of the Nargis & Gulmohar rooms is fantastic! I really enjoyed my morning coffee with the mountains in my balcony - and it helps that the hotel is just a 10 mins walk from the market and the monastery. Peaceful and serene is how I would describe my week here. I specifically enjoyed the hospitality of the staff, the food is fresh and spiced just right. We felt nourished, cared for and just overall rejuvenated - at this price point it’s a fantastic option to explore McLeod Ganj. Come and enjoy with your friends and family - I will highly recommend Bella Heights!

We stayed at Bella Heights for 3 nights. We were a family group of 7 people. The hotel is in a good location as it has a good view. It has a rooftop restaurant. But the person who takes orders is dumb. He always made mistakes. So I'd suggest you order from the hotel owner lady who is helpful and takes good care of the guests. On our last day, we requested them to keep our luggage as our bus was at night. They refused to keep it so we had to book a room for a day to keep our luggage. I did not like this as many hotels and hostels have luggage storage facilities for guests.

The clean rooms of Hotel Bella Heights are the best thing about it. Along with cleanliness healthy food is an advantage for visitors. It was a nice time staying here.

Getting a Hotel at the perfect location is really tough. But, Hotel Bella Heights is located at the best location that gives the best views of mountains from the window. It felt so nice to stay in this hotel.

Was very wary when I visited first and wanted some place which has good view and nice decent rooms. Accidentally came to the back side of the temple below market and then to our surprise got this beautiful hotel at good price. Our go to person was Mr. Govind and must say it was a pleasant stay for 2 days. Nice view, Nice room, nice and courteous staff and above all nice and reasonable priced food. I must recommend this place to you.

I and my wife stayed at Hotel Bella Heights on our honeymoon at Dharamshala. While the location and the hotel exceeded our expectations, what impressed us the most was the hospitality shown to us by the hotel staff. Without even making any special requests, they staff ensured that we had a special time every day and at every meal. The romantic decoration in our room on our first day was a wonderful surprise and the delightful hospitality extended throughout our stay. Won’t mind coming back on our second visit!

Room was alright, tv had no good channels, and the water sucked. I turned the shower on and the first thing that came out was a brownish water thing, so I didn’t take a shower, other than that everything was alright

It does have beautiful terrace view along with balconies with rooms! The staffs are equally helpful and friendly ! The waiters are extremely well spoken along with govind ji he is very helpful!

Making your holiday more special must visit and enjoy your destination also make your partner more special and delightful thee view from the window make you realise the total fresh breath of mountains and cold shadow of trees of himachal

Worst hotel to stay... Bad experience.. No food on time, they skipped giving breakfast,not even Tea. Before checkout they stated calling from 11 AM to vacate room Not advisable for family specially senior citizens

They r Cheaters they booked our rooms but when we reached there they refused to give rooms ..they spoiled our full day we were with family n it was heavy rainfall that day we faced so much of inconvenience due to them ...never book rooms here.

Amazing hotel with mountain view....if you take premium one . Service is bit slow...else good in terms of location and infra
