Good place to be in the centre of the town. Mesmerising view of Dharamshala and Mcleodganj . Great food Speciality to name: Tandoori momos Rooms are spacious neat n clean .

The staff behaved very badly even after polite talk... The manager on rooftop behaved rudely even after requesting so many times to change the low the volume of high music. He told its the Hotel rule.

It is a nice place to dine in for locals , amidst city with nice views from roof top !!

Not at all satisfied with the hotel. Deluxe room has been booked from my organisation and it’s in a very very bad situation. The whole room including bad has ants 🐜 all over it. The bathroom is pathetic with water leaking from everywhere, from comode from tap. You will hear the sound while you will be sleeping at night. The flush at comode sometimes does not work because all water leaking out. Then they will teach you some tricks like “push it two times” or” in 5 minutes gap” then water will come!! Just imagine!! The morning breakfast was complimentary and no buffet was there. So you have to order and sit for 30minutes for the order. Though the food quality was good and restaurant has a beautiful view from top. Just avoid this hotel if you are in Dharamshala.

If you traveling solo or family then I don't recommend this place. Bathrooms is not hygienic at all. Room is dusty. food is good , view from restaurant is also good but restaurant staff is not professional they will stare at you while eating food. View from room is good. Room amenities not provided. And charges are high too. Nearby to war memorial and cricket stadium. Hotel staff help to arrange cabs . But I will recommend search other options.

I visited their restaurant on 1st July 2023 in the evening with my friends whom we met after 4 years everything was going well we were enjoying their services meanwhile their manager came and started misbehaving with us you are not like this here Can sit, can't speak loudly, have they never seen anything in their life, I thought they have never been to Kangra, who behave like this with their visitors. I request their owner to keep such staff strictly responsible so that no one else becomes a victim like me.

Friendly staff, located centrally and serves tasty food. Indian cuisine, especially tandoori platter is delicious which is reasonably priced. No idea on rooms as never have stayed there.

A hotel with a panoramic view of dhauldhar ranges. We did dine during the full moon night and the views were amazing. Food and services are up to the mark.

It was pathetic. They have served non veg gravy in a veg gravy . Really bad experience. Not recommended at all to any vegetarian because you never know what are you actually eating.

The quantity of food is appalling. The Chilli chicken was so hard I could have broken my teeth.

The staff were attentive and they went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. In hills it gets lil difficult to have the most delicious food sometimes but i must say the food here is just amazing. Do try the stuffed paneer naan n gravy combo 😊

The food in the hotel is tòo good........the staff are courteous, quick and good in their service......enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

Worst eatery ever visited , unapologetically shameless manager / billing counter guy -who ever he was..even denied taking any ownership at first place and made a service guy forcibly act as the manger , also needless to mention but food was pathetic too, one of the ordered items- was paneer tikka butter masala and these guys served soar plain paneer with old half cooked gravy and that was also stale , veg biryani was cold, veg Raita was only water without curd , honestly-> only dal Makhni and roti / naan were edible and to ensure , to start making our experience worse at the very beginning itself, inspite pointing out , staff served 8-10 types of different old serving plate bowls - plastic , steel , big , small and all possible sizes , also AC was not working properly , it was also humid ..basically did a big mistake by visiting such a poorly managed beer bar mistaking it for a good family restaurant

Food was good. And service was also good. We Ordered honey chilli chicken, kadhayi paneer and some breads. Everything was perfect. The view was also very adorable.

Visited the restaurant on a VERY busy Saturday evening in May 2022. I did not have a reservation but managed to walk in and secure the perfect table. Ravinder - the manager - had a lot of spinning plates - pardon the pun - but he was very impressive throughout. Our host/ drinks server/ waiter was called Pyareylal and he was exceptional from start to finish. He recommended on drinks and food which was spot on for our group and appetite. The atmosphere was quite buzzing and lively with large and small family and mixed groups. The area is clean and crockery/ cutlery hygiene is 5 star. I stand by my review would visit each time I come to town again. Ps. They were holding a wedding party on the third floor but the standards were high and we were not disturbed by loud music

Went here for restaurant, The food is nice and ambiance is amazing. This is the place if you want good view along with your meal.

Nice place to have a meal . Preparation is very nice and service is also good . Little bit parking issues during the busy hours. Food is awesome.

Waiting time is long. Parking space is less. Good place for family dinner. But they need to control the smell that comes from the washroom, noodles are very oily

We came to stay in this hotel during our visit in dharamshala. One night was ok, second night, a party is going on, with such a loud music. We have 12 hours journey tomorrow and it’s 12, n Still not able to sleep. Called few times reception, got the answer the guests will go after dinner. Sofa’s fabric is ripped off, towels are worn off. I did ignore all this just because staff was friendly and helpful but this is unacceptable to pay and still have to bear this loud music without any prior information. We have 3 year old child whom we managed to put to sleep now. I will make sure to leave review on each and every site.

Hi my name is Vivek .I visit on 31 December 2022 for new year celebration with my friends but from booking to room service was not good. We order food @8 pm and get almost 10:30 after so many times we call . Receptionist behaviour 1/10 Room service 2/10 Sorry for this feedback ..but last visit was very good which I visited in March 2022.

Rooms are good, room service and staff are quite approachable. Food is great. Food i ate as breakfast and dinner were great. They have rooftop restaurant which is having great view of Dhauladhar.

Paid 2500 for the hotel and checked in at 9 Pm at night. The room given to us looked shady and does not deserve that much price. Room was clean enough and the blanket had stains in it. Overall deserved a better hotel at this price.

Everything is excellent about Centre Point. The accomodations are excellent and moreover the view is quite mesmerizing. Food is excellent. In my opinion you must visit the place once. They even have arrangements for party' as well.

Everything about the hotel was good_ the friendly environment, cleanliness, and most important the food was very very very delicious..
