The name is apt for it. I've worked out at this gym in my Vacation time. The trainer was friendly and fun and really care about clients health and well being. I've also worked with other trainers before but they didn't encourage as this trainer did. The equipment is also very good. The trainer understands what is your desire and work for it with you and make you reach your dream. Overall I can say this is one of the best gym's which is in Hanamkonda.

I’d never worked with a personal trainer before and was slightly nervous about how the experience would be. I find my trainer encouraging, knowledgeable, informative, and importantly non-patronising. He checks in on your goals, how you’re feeling, whether you’re seeing a difference, and key areas that you still feel need more work. If there’s key aspects to work on or focus on, he’ll alter the programme accordingly. He also gave me a programme that I could do in my time between sessions which helped with momentum.
