0 star Worst experience faced after shopping of Rs 20000. I felt that they don’t care about their customers & don’t respect there profession. After we paid bill we didn’t got carry bags , they asked us to take our articles like clothes and sports goods in hands . Then we paid for the carry bags . After shopping of 18300 they charged us Rs 20 for 2 carry bags . Worst thing was that they even did not folded our new clothes. After checking at gate the guard crushed our clothes into bags . It is really bad for the dignity of customers and their products from where they earn , very Shame full for them . I would really like to speak with organiser of the store . Then should improve this . Rest all is good .

A place for all those who are looking to buy articles and tools related to hiking , cycling and other adventure sports. You can get clothing, bags , badminton table, tents , at good price. You can get bicycles and accessories too. Kids enjoy to do skates , cycling inside the showroom. You can other games too before buying. Variety offered by this is store is good, price range goes from medium to very expensive. Good for sports personal.

Payment mode is online preferred by decathlon so make sure you are using or well known about online modes of payments. Overall experience was good keep it up.

Worst shopping experience ever. Today, I went to shop for some tshirt at this store and total amount for my cart was 1096 rupees. During checkout, the guy there asked me if I want a carry bag or not and for which they’re charging 12 rupees and that’s illegal according to supreme court ruling. I politely said no and the guy made my bill and kept the tshirts right below the counter and moved on to the next person. Here’s my thoughts on this shopping experience, if I pay for a carry bag, then only I’ll be given a good treatment? Or else my goodies will be scanned, payment received and thrown away. Been shopping here at decathlon from last 2 years but today was my worst experience ever. Some people of staff doesn’t even bother to care for customers. Manager needs to do something about it. Stuff is good but customer shopping experience isn’t.

Bad experience aap chahe 2 lakh ka samaan le but carry bag free mein nahi dete oske liye extra charge karte hain......yeh cheating with customers

I am disappointed with the Customer service, I purchased a shoes which damaged within 6 months , when I came across store for solution, they ask me that you overused the product.. Seriously overused in 6 months, Rubbish reason for not providing solution. I am a decathlon product lover, but this experience question my loyalty towards Brand.

For whatever sport or outdoor activity you can think of, this place has the equipment for it. It's huge and has classes as well as a lot of fun interactive areas as well, that the kids love. Sometimes it can get a little out of control when neglectful parents aren't around to supervise. I was almost hit by an arrow from a toy archery set that some kids were playing with in an aisle They make their own products that they sell, so everything is house brand. Sadly, you won't find any North Face, Columbia, Reebok, Nike, etc. products, but on the plus side everything is much more reasonably priced. I can't comment on the long term durability of the products yet, but the clothing and sports equipment all seem decent. Just be aware that their target market is entry to mid level range, not high end competitive pro gear. Their checkout system is also nothing like I've seen before. Super simple, just drop your products into the basket/hopper and it scans it for you. This location itself is not busy and has ample parking, but the area is busy.

BIG BRAND FAILED TO DELIVER ITS PROMISES AFTER SALE I had purchased a motorised treadmill from Decathlon Ferozepur Road last year. Its stopped working suddenly due to some issues and I have requested for a technician visit. Firstly the technician came after one store visit and numerous phone calls. Then he informed that the motor needs to be replaced and it will take another few weeks to come. OK. It came and the technician himself informed me that the part has came. That time I was out of station so I requested to come on a certain date. When I came back, I immediately contacted them and requested for the replacement of the part. But from then more than a week has been passed but nobody visited. I am totally disappointed by their after sale service. They will make many promises before selling the product but for Service you need to be on your feet.

It's been years I have been using Decath products but today I went buy Elliptical and they ellipticals is display were not working. They spent about 30 minutes to repair it but still it didn't worked. After that they were asking me to buy it even after knowing it's not in working state. Seriously? ARE YOU MAD? How can Decath hire such an illitrate people who are asking again and again to buy the product which is not even in working state? Highly disappiointed with the team there. How can I spend 50000 in a product which is not even wprking in display and How could you guys even ask again and again to buy that product escpecially when you have failed to even display it even after repairing. Simple question - If a product is not working in Display in showroom even after repairing then how can someone trust to spend 50 thousand on it? [ Just saw a level of stupidity today ] So I'll just visit Viva or anyone else who can take ownership of service.

Had a great time shopping with decathlon. Our assistance partners Ajith Kumar and Nilesh Kumar. Both guys did their job with full dedication. Ajith even have me his phone as my I'd was not working at my mobile due to some glitch. He then opened my I'd in his phone and handed me the phone for my entire purchase and didn't even asked for it once in that duration. It is hard for new customer to know about the products,but these guys didn't leave any leaf unturned to help us throughout our purchase without getting frustrated. Good job guys.

As a regular member they will treat you not worth. sent me a courier in box like picked clothes from road. all the clothes were looks like used and torn. not expected this....! Better to purchase directly from there werehouse insted of online shopping. Procuct return was good, no question asked.

Horrible Experience.. Zero customer service .. They don’t even know how to manage customer dealing.. freakin’ bad😏 not coming back.. not Recommended to anyone if you’re expecting to treat well. I bought pair of shoes from decathlon ludhiana. When I went there to change the shoes due to size issue. They said it won't change as it is used. Even I said yesterday I bought the shoes and how could you say it is used and u guys have 90 days replacement warranty. But they neglected me and said can't change. So I won't recommended to anyone to go there and buy any product from ludhiana decathlon. Zeroooooo rating......😤😤😤😤
