Light
stress
trek,
for
beginners/
intermediate
trekkers.
For
those
who
would
absolutely
love
to
have
some
good
scenery
like
lush
green
plains
as
well
as
picturesque
mountains
and
a
little
bit
of
snow
capped
mountains
also
in
cloudy
daylight.
Good
scenes
of
cloud,
mountains
and
sheeps
grazing
the
grass
filled
with
beauty
and
not
very
strenuous.
It
hardly
takes
13
to
14
hours
to
go
for
the
trek
but
even
with
slow
speed
it
takes
not
more
than
2
days.
One
night
camp
might
be
necessary
while
climbing.
Many
foreigners
made
the
down
climb
in
one
day.
Generally
professional
trek
companies
make
this
longer,
like
2
nights
camp
while
climbing
up
and
one
night
camp
while
climbing
down.
One
can
hire
a
personal
guide
(mountain
people
carrying
loads
and
knowing
the
path),
and
climb
up
and
down
within
3
days
max.
Climbing
up
needs
acclimatization,
absolutely
one
night
minimum
should
be
camped
on
way,
and
not
one
continuous
climb.
Thought
he
total
climb
is
really
not
more
than
12-15
hours
at
a
stretch,
for
a
sporty
person,if
he
has
done
4-5
treks
earlier.
Not
to
forget
oxygen
would
be
short
for
people
living
on
plains.
