Excellent stay at Salalah Gardens Hotel. Charming and friendly staff all the time from being met in the airport on arrival, reception staff, pool staff and staff during breakfast were without exception delightful and so helpful. A map was available and reception helped me sort out how to get about and see places. The pool was a great space at the end of the day for a relaxing swim as the sun set. On top of all this I was upgraded to a lovely suite for my stay. The room was very comfortable, quiet and beautifully clean. A pleasure to stay. Thank you.

Despite of the great location and it being sounded with many facilities due to the garden mall; the entire hotel was very smelly and the rooms had old furniture. The curtains and the carpets were very old so no matter how much perfume you spray, the room was still smelly. The staff were very kind and they offered changing our room many times but the other rooms were the same too. Having said that the breakfast buffet was great. It had almost everything. If anything I can remember about the hotel was it's breakfast.

The Salalah Garden hotel, just remember this name for the best hotel in Salalah. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, specially julie friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The food were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to salalah. World class standard and Genuine hospitality.!!!❤

There's local market opposite to the hotel, good for buying souvenirs. Room is clean and spacious, has a good view of mountains. I would suggest to book the hotel well in advance for a better price.

The breakfast is good. The buffet has many different options, fruits, juices, eggs, waffles, etc. I believe most of the food has really good quality. Something that can be improved are the juices since they are artificial and full of sugar.

Can confidently say that the service was exceptional. I had an exceptional experience at the hotel! The service provided by the staff was absolutely top-notch. Though we stayed only for a night, our stay was very comfortable. The staff are one of the nicest we’ve come across, very helpful and courteous. The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast is not to be missed, the pancakes were excellent! Overall my wife and I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend the Salalah Gardens Hotel.

To start with, the team for breakfast is efficient, quick and welcoming. AISSAM was one of the best among all members to provide us with what exactly we would need. They are managing it so well as they have a very god staff. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is surrounded by all entertainment and necessities of life during your trip. As a lady solo traveller, I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Perfect location. Pleasant environment, comfortable very clean rooms. Excellent breakfast, Mr Aissam and the other members of staff did their utmost to attend to my needs. I I can really recommend this hotel and will stay there again during my next visit to Salalah.

We stayed here for 3nights and 4 days. Upon checking in the hotel staff were very courteous. The Room and the rate for 3 nights were incredible specially when it was a busy season such as Winter. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is located or if I may say connected to the Salalah Garden Mall and all attraction from here are 20 - 35min away. Our stay has been nothing but incredible. Also the breakfast at the Lounge is good.

Stayed three nights. Excellent stay at the hotel. All facilities were excellent. Breakfast was very good and most of the food items were Indian style. Better if some western types food is included such as sandwiches. Thanks to chef Sujith and Prince for there support and kind welcome for making our stay memorable. Quite relaxed room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is swimming pool but it's closed early at 7 pm. The mall and the outside area is amazing!! Cheap room price but the food is too expensive!

On-line reservation was easy and efficient. On arrival the check-in staff, (KAMRUL HASAN) were courteous and welcoming. The room an on-suite was clean and comfortable. The bar good and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast provided a good selection. The pool looked inviting but we had no time to use it. The location was prime on the promenade. Excellent value for money. The only peeve: there were no hangers for clothes.

We stayed at the Gardens Hotel for 4 nights. The staff were pleasant and excellent in their service delivery. The rooms are decent but somewhat feel old. The location of the hotel is great next to mall and to attractions. The breakfast spread was also decent. The staff took care of us well.

Special thanks to Chef Sanjeev, he was very courteous n helpful. Had gone with daughter who is very picky eater. He gave her so many choices of delicious dishes that she really had her full. Customer service is good. The breakfast was delicious. The price is also very good. I checked into this hotel at 3:00 in the morning on the 17th. Help with luggage at the front desk. Arrange for someone to bring luggage into the room. Both front desks are good

The hotel is in the same complex of the mall. Our hotel had balcony viewing the plaza where it have small fountain & some cafes. It got lively at night. The breakfast is awesome & restaurant staff are all nice especially Jolie. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to salalah.

The best hotel in whole of salalah that opens up in a shopping mall. This hotel has gym, swimming pool, sauna , spa and shopping market next door. Lavish breakfast and very cooperative staff. The best part of this hotel is, the breakfast starts at 6.30 AM which is a blessing for the early risers. Normally breakfast starts in other hotels after 7 ~ 7.30 Am only. Very neat and clean and special play area for the children. Easy access for food, travel and shopping. There is one cheap market in front of this hotel which serves the category of different ilks of traveller.

The location ( in the centre of the city& connected to the mall), the rooms ( equipped with a kitchen), the breakfast (varieties of Arabic, American, Continental, Indian) and not to mention the staffs (especially Zainal) of this hotel deserve 5 stars. I booked for 5 nights for an executive suite, unfortunately on the second night there was some construction noise happening outside and my complaint was promptly taken action and I was upgraded to an executive suite with balcony. The rooms, bedsheets are very clean and corridors always smelling fresh & nice. I highly recommend this hotel to whoever is visiting Salalah and want to stay in the city. I am definitely coming back!

Amazing resorts with all the amenities like gym, swimming pool excellent restaurant. The room size are apt for family size of 2 with kid. Had a fantastic Stay at Salalah gardens. We travelled with our toddler and must say that the hotel staffs gave all support for our toddler needs. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location is a plus. Very near to airport and with in the mall. Mr.Mujeeb at the reception helped us with sorting our sightseeing needs well. kudos to him and everyone at the restaurant too. Food was good. Highly recommend the hotel for anyone.

I stayed with my family at the Salalah Gardens Hotel in December and we were truly impressed at the quality of service across the whole hotel. The staff at the reception were always very welcoming and friendly and were quick to support with any queries. The room itself was very clean and well maintained and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job. The restaurant served a great breakfast and all staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location with lots of amenities and a mall nearby.

I love this hotel. The service is awesome, the rooms are a little old but its not bad at all, the location is next to a mall which makes it easy to get food. And the servant named vipin is the kindest person in the world
