This hospital runs completely on the model of money oriented policy with the name of trust based healthcare center. Neither any experienced and dedicated doctor nor any experienced nursing and support staff. All systems established as a manner to draw maximum money from the patient who comes mostly from lower and lower middle class of the society and cheat with them on the name of so called trust. Nursing staffs and security staffs are extremely rude and undisciplined. My personal advise to all to avoid this hospital if you wants better medical care and save your hard earned money.

Pathetic care services provided. 1. Bleeding was not stopping and the emergency care was not giving stitches. Had to talk and fight for them to do that. 2. Paid 3000 for a private room; room was stinking horribly, no sponge bath and change of clothes was done by the staff. 3. They wanted to get rid of the patient saying it is not critical and started neglecting the case. 4. Emergency staff was very rude. The staff was done with his duty time, so he started being rude as he wanted to leave and not attend the case. How they got NABH standards is out of my understanding. Its not cheap and has horrible support.

Worst service specifically Gaynac ward. Incharge of Gaynac ward lady was greedy. Cleaning of Gaynac ward is zero. Night staff sleeping before 1.00 My mom was admitted there, she was not in a condition to recognize her action at night she removed her Oxygen mask by mistake nd nobody from d staff saw that. Also at 11.00 we were asked to bring medicine from outside of the hospital. Also they are not at all trustworthy.

As a 1st year student of bsc nursing. I came hear for my day fill up.. It's really Good experience in Hospital. My day fill up ward is ICU ward. Very helpfull and supportive staff. I have learned much from there. And hospital nature and environment also great....

Good service of the nursing staff and facilities but Doctor behaviour and attitude are worst. Face very bad experience during last admission of my father. Even they don't care about the official complain of patient and very much money minded attitude. Even after complain attitude like do whatever you want. Hospital management should look into this matter. Even in ICCU no discipline observed. Relative allowed inside even after visiting hours. I. D. For visitors issue but never checked and no restriction on numbers of visitors for one patient

Worst experience regarding billing. They take 5 ++ hours to prepare a billing file. Very well newly developed. All staffs and departments are very good. All department concern very well e.g. management, maintenance, medical, nurshing, sweeper, security all. File preparation for billing is worse. All inhouse tests are available. Must recommended hospital.

I have been living on dialysis for the past 15 years only because of the staff here. best dialysis quality here. After renovation, the hospital has become more beautiful and comfortable, modern, and equipped with new technology.

Jivaraj Mehta Hospital is not reliable in case of emergency. I took my father there on 27/01/2024 after he fell down the stairs and hurt his head. He was bleeding profusely, but there was no surgeon available. The assistant doctor tried to call the emergency doctor, but there was no answer. I urge everyone to avoid this hospital in case of emergency. It was a very pathetic hospital. Stay away from Jivaraj Mehta Hospital.
