The sales guy seemed to be not interested in showing products but somehow forcefully did it. The store also provides free gift packing for the products purchased from there. Also they did not inform us that they provide free gift packing service and when asked they said gift packing would not be possible.

Very bad experience with the staff and the owner. Bought a cycle for my daughter and the handle tilted in few days without much of a use. When I took it for the repair, they didn't try to repair properly and said nothing can be done as these toys are common to have such problems. They kept on passing the decision between the repair man and the owner and gave vague replies. Got it repaired from a local cycle shop eventually.
