Worst experience ever. The big name GEETANJALI - dint made by the service it's providing. This is because they are occupied by good doctors. But what about post services? I think these post services dint make the hospital better. My wife got admitted for myomectomy - removal of fibroid tissue. 1. When we were about to admit my wife, we took on one OPD SLIP for Dr. Arun Gupta. My father asked one of the assistants Dr.. please help my son he doesn't know what to do, she immediately replied - "muje pata hai muje kya karna hai, mera yahi kaam hai huhh". Literally I was surprised how rude that was. 2. After she got admitted every time they told us to have any checkup on any medicine list, we were told at the very last moment, as if they were not aware or they needed to make a hurry. 3. One night before the operation- they told me for a list of medicine to take in midnight "3 O clock", I have never seen such a thing in my life that in middle of the night some nurse is asking you to take the medicines. I asked her why in middle of the night she replied - we got free to work now that's why we are giving this to you now. I asked why she wouldn't have told me yesterday night. She said just bring on the medicines. 4. It took pharmacy store about 3 hours to give the medicines. Literally my whole night ruined. 5. Day of Operation - morning 6 O clock warden woke my wife and many other ladies up for operation, when one lady asked - where are we going, the warden replied - "makeup karwane le ja rhe hai". 6. After the operation was completed - (No doubt the doctor is so perfect), the very next day she had to go to the washroom. Guess how bad the condition of any gynaecology ward could be. I literally did vomit 🤢 once I watch the condition. There are few videos you can see. Only one commod for those lady who are in so pain after operation which was in Male Washroom 🤣. Yes you read correctly. 7. From small sweeper to warden to nurses to assistant doctors, every one is lady staff and you won't have any idea how arrogant they are. 8. The female assistant doctors don't even hesitate or feel sorry for their mistakes. On my wife's discharge card, they put down that the doctor had removed the ovary not the tissue 🤣. When I gave that card to another doctor in my hometown she asked me what have you done? Did they remove the ovary or the tissue. 9. They have commod bathrooms but with no showers to clean 🤣

Very disappointed with their service My father file already sended for discharge from 2 days but the staff and Chiranjivi counter not give proper response I never suggest any people for this hospital Very rude and very disgusting In the wards all nurse and all staff making fun They do not consantret on pietent

It's kind of a top medical college & hospital in Udaipur. The location is out on highway and it has a huge campus, which makes it not so easy to visit but the facilities are top notch and charges are reasonable. The crowd management is pretty poor as you can see in the pictures and they can make different routes for different departments as it looked like humid, chaotic mess in the hallway with a small door.

Guys please don't visit this hospital. This hospital is money making machine. They killed my uncle during andoscopy better to go Ahmedabad for treatment.my uncle was having liver cirrhosis and Esophageal varices , he was done andoscopy many times and he was also getting treatment of gastric Ulcers , during andoscopy due to their ignorance and untrained staff my uncle was killed , it's a murder. Worst hospital. I do not recommend this hospital they did my fathers engeoplasty which lead to many complications later had to admit him 7times in a row and we still lost him. On the day the staff was slow and fighting among themselves and the emergency staff was so slow and my father had breathing issue and they told my father wait for 2 mins to get just the oxygen mask. He died on the spot just because of their slow work. Later called the doctor to come and visit for once and he said we cannot do anything which was very wrong. They just want to make money. And the covid19 situation is very worst and still there are no strict rules for social distancing as well as masks even after complaining to the authorities i couldn't see any changes. They are the main spreaders of the the Covid19. Never visit this hospital.

Geetanjali hospital is mostly famous for its Cardiology and Cancer department. Hospital staff is cooperative and attentive to serve you better. But sometimes it get hectic to handle some of the staff members but admin department is there to help you. Being a reputed hospital in Udaipur zone cleanliness is not up to mark here. No proper drinking water facilities and not so good sitting arrangements for attendant visiting with patients. But the doctors are here very professional and very much helpful in nature. Located near hilly area result is low network coverage and hard water issue. Inside the hospital premises free food stall run by Agrawal family from Gangapur is available for the attendants upto 2. As located on Udaipur Ahmedabad highway various types of food options are available outside the campus. Spacious parking lot for visitors and attendant is there inside the premises.

This is one of the big hospitals in the mewad region, but service and facilities are not proper to what is desired to the patient, basic facilities like room is not available. Today I admitted my wife for treatment here. But due to non availability of room they have admitted in general ward. Concern authorities need to look into this.

Geetanjali Hospital is good and nice, its big and is well equipped with all the necessary facilities. One of the best thing of geetanjali hospital is that the staff and doctor are very friendly and caring in nature. They make you feel like you are at your home only and not in a hospital. Some things which can be improved are proper management of lift, canteen food and since the location of hospital is just next to highway reaching there becomes difficult because of the truck traffic which also has damaged the road very badly.
