Being a resident of another town I'm yet to visit the store at udaipur but my all needs are fulfilled on phone calls. Mr. Kalu Singh Sisodiya who helps me every way is really polite and nice person.

I will remember this Tanishq store of Udaipur for a long time. Kali Singh who showed us is a wonderful boy , everyone at the store was warm and felt like home. They have excellent choice and variety. Thanks a lot.

Very good store with good customer service centric staff. Good options for jewellery. I don't know the name of trainee girl who attended us for shopping. I really appreciate her keenness for below matters. -to show jewellery as per customer's choice/requirement and convince them to buy the same. - cake cutting for my anniversary along with all other staff - explaining GHS and very politely/kindly keep insisting to enroll for the same full marks to her for all her efforts, being at trainee stage her efforts are at next level, these efforts will result in to bright career. Good customer service across all visited locations in different cities, Tanishq remains top of mind.

Very good & helpful staff. Even the service staff for repair work is also very nice. I really had a very good experience when I visited them for a repair work of my broken gold chain, they first gave me the estimate for the repair, which was very reasonable and the best part was the time they took for the repair was just 10 mins. which was again a big big surprise for me. So overall my experience was superb and I would also like to thank Mr. Prasanna Mandal who got the repair work so nice & fine that it was very hard to find the joint and the chain was as good as new. Really appreciable.

I had a nice experience shopping at Tanishq Udaipur. Three months ago I was facing a size issue in a particular ring design, a Delhi Tanishq store wasn't helping at all, but when I approached Tanishq Udaipur store, Mrs. Durga, a trainee there at that time, helped and arranged the size in the same design within a week. Since then I prefer this store by default.

Perfect place if you are looking for Gold/Diamond jewellery. They have various designs of all kinds of jewellery. Employees are very kind and well mannered. Specially Ms. Kirti ji is very nice she explains everything in detail about jewellery and Tanishq membership.

Collection: Collection is not so good. Would like more of the designs and varieties. 18 carat gold designs have huge varieties but lacks somewhere at the store. Service: Sales team, Durga and Kirti were good. They were very attentive to details and sharing the best available options they could keeping their patience level high for a new jwelery buyer. They had shown us every design irrespective of our buying intention which is really appreciable. Their pitch was good to hold the customer for a long term.

Service is good, staff are very helpful in nature as well as help in selecting product especially Chanda Mam.
