The hotel itself was so nice . My room was very nice. But upon checking out the manager said I didn't pay for the second night I was there. I KNOW I did pay him, but it was my mistake not to get a receipt. So they got an extra payment from me. Ticks me off of course.

New hotel with beautiful interior. Location was perfect just in front of chand pole bridge . Rooms were comfortable and really love the ambience of the place . If looking for new property with all facilities would definitely suggest this place . Bounty points to the elevator and rooftop .👌🏽

This Hotel is located at city center and City Palace, Lake Pichola, Baghore ki Haveli, Gangour Ghat, Ambrai Ghat and Jagdish Mandir are within walking distance. The rooms are okay, service is okay but the main attraction is pricing. The rooms are affordable with all amenities (such as a/c, TV with Netflix etc). The reception guy is friendly too as he allowed us to keep the luggage at the reception even after checkout. Book online through Agoda to get the affordable price. (around ₹1000 per double person room per night as of 2023)

Not recommend to anyone. Very bad service. Rooms are different to that as shown in the images. Rude behaviour, unconditioned rooms. They took money of AC rooms and made us stay in unhygienic unconditioned rooms without providing any compensation.

Best location for couples stay. Good food. Epic lake city view. What else you want. Go visit the place.

Rude behaviour. Staff was absent when needed. I had booked for 2 days with AC but they provided with only 1 day stay with AC . 1 day they kept us in unhygienic room which was not maintained upto expectations. And he also not provided the compensation. I will not recommend anyone to stay there.

The hotel was the best hotel I have stayed at. The rooms, the reception, the rooftop everything was best about this hotel. The price is also low. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.

It’s really nice hotel. I stay there for 2 days and literally it’s very safe for females. It’s near by with all the forts and tourist place.

1st the location (chand pol) of hotel is very convinient and close to all nearby places of touring .Very close to pichola lake one can have direct view of lake from roof top.The lanes give cosy comfort of old city without being too much crowdy like other nearby hotels. The rooms are simple and clean but very less places to move around . Other rooms of deluxe categories are bigger.The manager of place is good and cooperative but the staff / room boys a bit slow but they also offered nice services. Overall a good bugeted and convinent places to stay while tour of udaipur.

Just wow . Amazing property very newly renovated, good interiors with amazing rooftop cafe . They have lift so it was easy . Overall had a great stay. Will visit back soon

Best place to stay when in udaipur. We stayed there for a day. The view from the terrace is amazing specially during sunsets. Nice staff and service. Also dinner is available at the roof top with nice ambience, scenic view and vibes are good.
