The only problem what I faced was the collaboration and time consumption between the hospital and pristyn care. I had to send my friend for follow ups and discharge initiation. I myself was calling pristyn care to process the request lying on the bed post operation. Pristyn care after 8pm stopped responding to my calls and my coordinator even stopped taking my calls. Till scheduling pre checkup, pre coordination with the doctor and until operation, the process with Pristyn care were smooth but the experience drastically changed post operation. There are pros and cons, honestly.

I have been gone through an Absolute hassle-free surgery with the support and service from Pristyn Care. I will always recommend Pristyn Care.

I have a good experience with all the crews of Prystine care (ankit, ajay,smitakshi) and Dr. Pranati ma'am . They are really supportive to their patients.I got good pre surgery and post surgery support. Thank u for ur help at this tough time.

Dr soham bhattacharjee was very good and patient. He listened intently . But the problem is the person (ankit) who was setting up my appointment is very rude and ill mannered when i asked him to book the appointment for third time he said kitni baar dikhaoge do baar to dikha chuke ho. This is not the way to talk to anyone. If i am not cured completely will i not want to see the doctor again. You can charge fees i have no issues with that . Ankit is saying insan ko khud sochna chaiye ki doctor change karle fayda nhi ho raha to . I will take strict action against this and will not recommend pristyn care to anyone. Dr soham Bhattacharya is such a good doctor but PristynCare customer service is horrible.

Yes. Pristyn helped mein in guiding me to the correct Doctor very close to my residence. The Doctor too was very easily accessable and examination too was quick and accurate. I have now completely recovered. The services of the Doctor was absolutely free. I am extremely Thank and Grateful to Pristyn.

Zero star Very bad experience Starting was very nice but doctor(Chirag Oja) not visited at the time of discharge First consultation was free but second time they (Mayuresh hospital, vashi) charged consultation fess 700 as per advised by Dr. Chirag Vaja, when it was free. And now customer care saying don't pay next consultation fess This is pathetic service Even I am not feeling well after my laser piles surgery Worst service 😒
