visited
on
19th
March
2022
for
2
days
with
family.
First
of
all,
while
booking
we
were
never
shown
the
pictures
of
the
property.
Actually
Residency
and
Fortune
are
two
different
properties
in
same
location.
The
difference
of
tariffs
between
the
two
properties
is
hardly
1K
-
1.5
K.
But
in
fortune
complimentary
brkfst
and
dinner,
But
no
complimentary
brkfst
or
dinner
was
added
with
country
club
residency.
The
rooms
of
residency
are
very
bad
in
condition.
Damp
room,
dirty
pillows
and
blankets,
dirty
bucket
and
mug,
dirty
towels
and
what
not.
The
room
was
full
of
mosquitoes
and
the
mosquito
repellent
machine
was
not
working.
The
power
goes
off
often
and
the
generator
back
up
was
provided
after
10
min
of
power-cut.
No
glasses
was
provided
in
the
room
for
drinking
water.
The
intercom
is
not
in
working
condition.
The
one
and
only
good
thing
was
that
the
bed
was
of
king
size
and
the
room
was
spacious.
I
will
never
ever
recommend
anyone
to
go
for
the
booking
of
landland
residency.
I
will
not
forget
to
mention
the
name
of
"Raghu"
who
looks
after
the
restaurant.
He
was
well
behaved
and
tried
his
best
to
solve
our
problems
but
he
is
not
an
employee.
The
management
should
look
into
the
matter
but
even
the
manager
is
not
even
bothered
to
even
show
their
face
to
the
visitors.
The
pool
is
ok
ok,
but
half
km.
distance
from
the
room.
You
have
to
go
by
your
car
from
room
to
the
swimming
pool.
The
changing
room
near
the
pool
is
in
very
very
dirty
condition.
I
would
suggest
not
to
visit
this
resort
with
families.
