Toyota, the most reliable automobile brand in the entire world. This outlet is just ruining it's reputation! Misguinding, non cooperative, nor reliable & what not!!! Took more than the desired delivery date of our booked car. Due tobdelayed delivery, when we uotes to cancel booking, didn't cooperated at all in thebprocess of refunding out booking fee...

Waiting for my smart card since 3months talking rudely instead of giving me positive reply..... they should talk in very politely manner as they r communicating with their valuable customers.. but it seems they r doing 1 time business only. When i raised my issues Madam Ruma & Madam Olympia had taken no time to solve it immediately & i got my smart card in hand. That's called a good aftersales service & customer care.. but lots of things need to be improve best of luck...

Such a pathetic experience..... Requests all buyers who are going to buy the car .... Requests all of you not to buy a single car from this particular dealer. Since 2 months that we bought the car , payment given , installment started , but the car has not been delivered yet. Surprisingly, now the people from their showroom are not picking up the calls even. From top hierarchy to the bottom , all guys are useless ..... Their words are of no importance.
