The worse possible service i have ever experienced , no professionalism , so over booked they dont care for the customer , service station is an hour away from the city in some highway , i am afraid for my cars welfare in the hands of these people , horrible service and customer care , i went to two different workshops an hour away from my house , just to be turned down , i would request mahindra to please look into the state of its services and dealers in kolkata , i am very disappointed , would request all to ensure after sales services in this region and buy a mahindra , i will literally drive my thar to chandigarh to have it repaired and serviced and keep it their , by gods grace i have arrangements there !

Extremely sad experience. I was traveling to Digha from Kolkata with my family. Elderly people were there. My car gave signal for fuel oil and urea and I stopped here for that. The staff name Abhijit Karmakar was a rude person and made us wait for long to provide the urea. He wanted to keep the car for servicing. Even after requesting several times he casually roamed around here and there. Before this long drive I went for a check up at topsia nd they confirmed that I can go for the servicing after this trip, yet this harrasment. I kindly request Mahindra to ensure smooth service at every centres and train such unprofessional employees well in customer handling. Thank you

My car mahindra xylo breakdown happend,i had family with me and i was going on a long drive. They emergency provided very good service, especially the manager Mr.Jahangir Alom is very cooperative and nice person. Thanks sree Auto(jangalpur westbengal)

Worst service ever. They don't respect early appointments and their people joy rides with your car if you keep your car too long.
