Very pathetic customer service. Sales person and other employees are very unprofessional. Nobody wearing mask. They will never deliver your product within promised time. When you try to call them they will either keep their mobile switched off or make some ridiculous excuses. This people doesn't know what is customer service. At first interaction I thought Mr Satyajit ( sales person) is a well behaved person and he knows his job but I was wrong. This people will give you value till the time you pay. Once payment done then you are nothing for them and they will deliver the product and do installation and all will be done as per their convenient time. We as a customer doesn't have any other work. This is what they think. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS 3RD CLASS SHOP.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I have bought an AC 7days back and they said that they'll install the AC within next 2 days. My father called 2 days later and politely asked when they will come to install it. They misbehaved with my father, a senior citizen without any reason whatsoever. From next day onwards I have been calling and asking the same thing almost everyday. They've not come yet and they're giving the same excuse of 'rush cholchhe' almost everyday. My family members are falling sick but they're not paying heed to me at all. And I am still waiting for my hard-earned money's worth. So if you don't want to get exploited as a customer, then please try to avoid this store.

Worst after sales service...Not recommended (specially sodepur khosla....) Cross selling third party insurance but not activating the same after several follow-up also. Product price is also much higher than the Manufacturer website. Better buy from the manufacturer website with free delivery...... Khosla sodepur 👎

Khosla sodepur gave me the worst buying experience in my life time....i purchased an ac with full payment...it's was supposed to be installed the next day but the sale lady called me and told that they have found the product defective so they need another day to deliver it . It was ok till dat point.. after 2days they delivered the product.... technician came to install it and found the product to be defective... well it's ok... electronic good can be defective..i have no issues regarding that..but wat happened next was a total bad customer handling experience... they told me it would take 2 day to replace it with a new product...well ..2days past ...1week past 2weeks past they still didn't do anything...the only answer was.. they don't have approval so they cannot change it ..and they also blamed it on voltas that they are not giving the approval.... next was i called voltas helpline and told them every thing I faced... within 2days they contacted us and also fixed the problem and solved the matter....and also told us that khosla have never contacted them regarding any confirmation..so it's their internal problem..but still blamed it on voltas..well I give voltas a big thumps up for their support and a big thumps down to Khosla ..till date they have not contacted us. Please buy from a store they are willing to help..not from this kind who don't care at all ..

Very much horrible and fake sales person nobody should believe. At the time of purchase they assured next day delivery and installation but after waiting for whole day in the mahasasti , without pujo enjoyment, they delivered my product at evening and sales person has assured that installation would begin soon but after waiting 1 hour when I called the sales person he did not picked up my phone, then after calling several tes and loosing some more time I have called their branch and they casually tried to give that person phone and he told me installation would happen tommorow but when I told him that that as he assured me about todays installation, I bought that then and then. He ignored and forcefully disconnected the call after shoughting in the call even. This kind of behaviour they have and fake commitment I have experienced. Reson of my purchase was helping my aged parents to see pandals on tv, as my old TV got damaded. My purpose is not fulfilled. Very dissappointed and chated by them. Mr Akhil was sales persons name. PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE GOING THERE.

Very poor and pathetic service. First , they will delay a lot in Delivery, more than a week. And even after that they will create issue in installation. They delivered defective/ not working AC and after complaint they are not giving proper solution, simply saying time lagbe , so better to avoid buying from this store. Ordered a microwave from them. The delivery was done at next day 11pm. The delivery man was rude. Very bad experience. Would not recommend anyone and won't be buying again. It's better to buy online.

Very pathetic experience.. unprofessional people are working who knows nothing about customer support.. delivery system is worst.. even for a small thing to deliver they need atleast 24hours and even after that they sends a defective item..the sales lady ( name not known) She talks politely only when u r about to buy the product from the store. Later on she has no control on her tone if you give a call for any further communication.. have purchased so many thing from this store but the way they handle there customer has demotivated me to purchase further....

I had purchased a tv of LG model on 15th August, store manager has assured at the time of purchasing for scratch card and gift but till now i didn't received any scratch card and gift... I thought that it's a big brand who take care for customer. now i am worried about after sales service....

Very horrible experience especially at Sodepur branch. I bought the cooler on 14 Apr'23 and at the time of purchase the sales person confirmed that the delivery would be completed within 2 days. But the delivery was not made within 2 days even the phone number of the showroom was switched off for the last 2 days. You don't even know anything about your delivery status. Think twice before buying anything from Sodepur branch in Khosla.

Customer service is very poor and rude. They cant keep their word with delivery time. And i recently faced the issue. They take you for granted after full payment. Never visit please

Not much variety in brands and models. Salespeople will not attend you immediately upon entering, they would rather stand and chat with each other. They might even stop talking to you midway if they determine you are not worth their time. I guess you have to look like a multimillionaire to get their attention!

We visited Khosla Electronics and interacted with Mr Ujjal Banerjee who was very helpful and we were able to select and buy our fridge in 30 minutes and he got us many discounts and free goodies along with the product resulting in great customer satisfaction

I went to the shop for purchasing an AC. They showed me some products and after asking for details like on which products there are options of no cost EMI. They took almost half n hour to find details of one brand and then when i enquired about one or two more the person got irritated and said to choose one brand then only he can show. Also he said to leave the shop and see somewhere else. Better close the shop if you don’t want customers there.

Already 5 days gone,we purchased a Samsung TV from sodepore khosla,they didn't even pick up the call..still now the installation is not done..such a irresponsible behaviour.. never ever purchase anything from your shop..if this is your business approach then improve your it....they didn't give any response about installation.

I brought a Godrej AC last year in finance from Sodepur Khosla. While doing the paper works and working out the payments and warranty related privileges they assured me that if I pay 300 more rupees with my fixed EMI, I'll get an extra 1year of warranty on my AC as well as 3 services other than the 3 services that will be available in the first 1 year.. Now when I am asking them to get a service done which is well within their promised benifits..I am requesting them for over 1 month to get a service done of my AC, but they are not at all paying any heed to us.. If this is the kind of after sales service they are promising of them I would rather restrict myself and others from purchasing any product from KHOSLA. The buddy who is involved in such a beautiful experience of mine is MR. ATANU who meticulously rejected my pleas of getting a service done..

Hi Again problem happened Installation location near Near Ghola Thana , Customer name -Ashutosh kumar Invoice Number - K070242324/01077 Model number - CS-AU18ZKY5F/CU-AU18ZKY5F/2023 Order Number - K070222324/00782 Dated 14 April 2023 AR No. : K070462324/00537 AR DATE: 15/04/2023 Purchased from SODEPUR SHOWROOM After so many requests, follow up and email my product got delivered and technician came to install today (21. 04. 2023) and after installing everything they found that ODU unit gas pressure is only around 10 , So there is gas issue hence cooling is not happening. After few calls they got information that need to replace ODU , So please escalate it , already everything got delayed, my baby is facing health issue, her age is 4 months + only that's why I got AC in hurry to get her health issue resolved. And now all these issue is happening. My concern is when I called Mr Dipak ,khosla Sodepur ,he said " time lagbe ," and Mr chiranjit Dey , khosla service centre , is not picking call ,Kato time lagbe after delivery delay , installation delay , now time lagbe defective ODU replacement korte , keno ai sab ? ) So what is happening ? Time lagbe keno , simply when it is not functioning then get it replaced, please do it by tomorrow ( other wise there is no point to request and escalation and even purchasing from khosla that too in medical emergency , You guys don't care for four month old baby life ? , disgusting) so many issue happened. Unprofessional service from SODEPUR KHOSLA , sales team and Panasonic, All are irresponsible, not even picking calls , need to call and message so many times to get anything answered , no responsibility after sales , pathetic after sales service. 👎 I request management to replace the ODU tomorrow if you care for life and service. 🙂 I am looking forward for positive response and speedy solution. Bad experience. I I buy refrigerator. But it was damage. I call salesperson , but he denai everything. Staf behaviour is very bad. Still now I am not receive any gift or scratch card.

Purchased an 1T Hitachi AC and within a week it was stopped cooling due to gas leakage from the outdoor unit. Hitachi mechanic visited my house and placed a replacement request but I was not able to get proper update even after 10 days and then contacted Rishab from Sodepur Khoshla to help me out. He requested Hitachi to solve the problem on urgent basis and I have got the replacement very next day. Also I have received an 1.5T instead of 1T because that model was banned at the time.

Best electronics shop ever.. Very much pleased with their service, customer handling and behaviour. Nowadays we purchase every electronic gadgets from them. Their service, price is so satisfying.

The showroom is quire good. It has good stock of various useful domestic appliances. Dealing of salesmen is very satisfactory. Kaushik Biswas is a promising sales representative . He keeps followup till the product is installed- very impressive.

Product variety is good, but price is not cheap. In washing machine exchange offer, only Rs. 500 discount is given. Product delivery boy asked for tips for lifting of new washing machine and salesman advised me to pay tips though he didn't mention about tips to be given at the time of selling product.
