Over all experience was good in terms of test drive ( drove the car 20+ kms ) , feature explained by the sales person, over all showroom ambience & delivery experience. The only issue was the waiting period, but it is pan India problem with every Kia dealer, but after meeting GM- Sales Mr Abir, he arranged the car very quickly, so special thanks to him. I would also like to thank Mr Ritesh ( my sales guide ) to guide me to pick the best variant and took me to car shade to show all the colors available. Hope to get good services from Celica Kia in future in terms of rendering after sales service.

FRAUD DEALER Worst dealer and worst people (animesh da/ surojit da/ paban da) i saw in my life. if anyone want to buy kia car from this dealer firstly go through my details review. i suggest not to go with this dealer they are fraud. firstlly you all think they are too good, after getting your deal with them you definitely see their real face. i already write this mail to kia india and dealer also no one have guts to take any steps. I booked Kia seltos 2023 model HTK+ with your agency(CELICA KIA) howrah on 20/04/2023 and paid an amount of Rs 50000/- as booking money on the same day. But, due to their wrong commitment i want to cancel my booking. i am sorry to say that I don't want to deal with that showroom. i had mailed them too many times but they are not responding to my mail for cancellation. Please cancel the booking and refund my booking amount as early as possible. Proof of payment of booking amount and copy of cancelled cheque is attached herewith. now today 31/05/2023 almost 20 working days gone no one want to refund my booking. i want to suggest dont buy kia . if any problem occurs no one their in the company to help you or be in your side. Don't go with Howrah showroom. All staffs are unprofessional. Specialy one staff, his name is Anirban Dey, he is a great lier, unprofessional behaviour, consistently he will tell lie, and miss commitment, had a horrible experience with Anirban and howrah showroom.
